National law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Staff Attorney to join its practice group. The role is open to candidates for the Washington, D.C., Baltimore or Tysons Corner offices and supports a broad commercial real estate practice.

The successful candidate will handle acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, dispositions, and related due diligence (including title and survey review). This is a hands-on role for an experienced lawyer who delivers accurate, client-focused work and collaborates across deal teams.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to and in good standing with the relevant state bar.
Minimum of 8 years' law firm experience in commercial real estate matters.
Practical experience with acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and dispositions.
Proficiency in title and survey due diligence.
Strong drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of deal teams.
