Structured Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

Top-tier US offices are seeking a structured finance associate to join a national finance practice. The role is open to candidates in New York, Los Angeles or Boston and sits within a dedicated structured finance/securitization subgroup.

Associates will support complex securitization and asset-backed transactions, performing legal research, drafting transaction documents, and assisting with closings, negotiations and client-facing work. The position expects regular collaboration across teams and offers a hybrid working pattern with an emphasis on in-office presence.

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant state
• 3 6 years of post-qualification experience in structured finance, securitization and/or asset-backed lending
• Strong drafting, legal research, analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage transactions, work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
