Top-tier international law firm is seeking a structured finance associate to join its Finance & Banking practice. This opening is available in multiple U.S. offices (New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia) and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

The role involves supporting complex structured finance, securitization and asset-backed lending transactions — performing legal research, drafting transaction documents, coordinating closings, and working with deal teams to manage matters from inception through execution. Associates will also engage with internal and external clients and participate in transactional strategy and risk assessment.

JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
3–6 years' experience in structured finance, securitization and/or asset-based lending (AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred)
Strong legal research, drafting and transactional skills; attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively on deal teams, and communicate effectively with clients
