We are seeking an associate to join our finance group, with a focus on structured finance and transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). This position is open to our offices across the United States.

As an associate, you will handle complex transactions from inception to resolution, conduct in-depth legal research, draft and review legal documents, and collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes. You will also contribute to firm initiatives, pro bono work, and professional development.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the state where you will be based.
At least 2 years of experience working in a law firm.
Experience in commercial real estate finance, CMBS, structured finance, or securities offerings is preferred but not required.
Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Conceptual thinking, persuasive communication, and management skills.
