Growing structured finance team seeks a 4–7 year associate to work on a broad range of securitization and related transactions. The role involves advising on the structuring, negotiation and execution of securitizations, including CLOs, rated note feeders, ABCP programs, telecom and receivable securitizations, consumer and student loan facilities and other esoteric structures.

The position requires hands-on drafting and negotiation of core transaction documents, active deal management across multiple matters and collaboration with senior lawyers and clients on market-leading, complex financings. The New York office is preferred, though other U.S. locations may be considered for the right candidate.

J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic record
4–7 years' securitization/structured finance experience at a major or peer firm
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on structured finance documents
Ability to manage multiple, complex matters in a fast-paced environment
Admission to the New York bar, or admission to the bar of the office to which the candidate is applying
