We are seeking a mid-level finance associate to join a major New York practice focused on structured finance and securitization transactions. The role centers on advising lenders, issuers and sponsors on repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated credit lines, securitizations and related secured-finance matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex documentation—repurchase agreements, credit agreements, pooling and servicing agreements, indentures, offering and placement materials, and intercreditor arrangements. The team values deep technical knowledge of mortgage- and asset-backed structures, servicing and collateral issues, and a collaborative approach to client work.

4–6 years' transactional finance experience (structured finance/securitization strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience with repurchase/warehouse facilities, syndicated credit lines and securitization documentation
Ability to draft and negotiate repurchase agreements, pooling & servicing agreements, indentures, private placement/ offering materials and intercreditor agreements
In-depth understanding of mortgage-backed and asset-backed financing structures, servicing and collateral issues
Excellent academic credentials, strong drafting skills and effective interpersonal/ teamwork abilities
