Tax Credit Senior Counsel

Join our national law firm as a Tax Credit Senior Counsel. We seek a seasoned attorney with at least eight years of tax credit experience to support our Tax Credit Finance & Development practice. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. We welcome applications for any of our offices, including our virtual office, with a strong preference for candidates in St. Louis. Active bar license in the relevant state (or commitment to obtain one) is required.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax credits
• Experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits
• Active bar license in the state of the office applied to, or commitment to obtain one promptly
