Senior associate role on a national Technology Transactions team focused on information technology and intellectual property matters. The team structures, drafts and negotiates a range of commercial and IP agreements, including licensing, services, development, distribution and partnering arrangements, and supports IP aspects of M&A, financing and public offerings.

We are seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial attorney with a passion for technology-company work at all stages of growth. The role offers significant exposure to cross-disciplinary transactions and the opportunity to help grow an established national practice group.

The group values lawyers who enjoy mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating as part of a team. A technical or science background is a plus but not required; strong academic credentials and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are expected.

7+ years post-qualification experience in technology or intellectual property transactions
Proven experience drafting and negotiating licenses, services, development, distribution or partnering agreements
Experience on IP aspects of M&A, financings or public offerings preferred
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and work on a national team
Strong academics, excellent written and verbal communication skills; technical/science background beneficial
