Join a busy, well‑established IP team advising a creative and commercial client base across technology, media & entertainment and beyond. The role offers autonomy to manage your own matters while working alongside Chartered Trade Mark Attorneys, paralegals and the wider IP group.

You will handle a broad mix of prosecution and contentious work, including oppositions, cancellations, clearance and portfolio management for domestic and international clients. The team works on diverse sectors from startups to large consumer and entertainment brands and frequently deals with modern trade mark issues such as AI‑related brand protection and non‑traditional marks.

4–5 years' post‑qualification experience as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney
Proven experience handling oppositions, cancellations and contentious trade mark matters
Experience managing international trade mark portfolios and instructing overseas agents
Strong client care, commercial judgment and ability to work autonomously
Familiarity with prosecution, clearance searches, filing strategies and watch management; WebTMS experience advantageous
