Lawyer Salary in Canada 2026: CAD is not a US scale
No 2026 Bay Street CAD grid has been published. The standing top-tier Toronto first-year is still about CAD 135,000 from the February–March 2025 matching round. At the Bank of Canada rate on 29 September 2026 that is about USD 95,151, not the US large-firm floor of USD 235,000. This page is for the lawyer who earns the CAD figure and the general counsel who pays it.
The CAD number that contradicts the US scale.
Three instruments produce a Canadian lawyer figure, and a US class-year floor is none of them. USD 235,000, announced by Milbank on 2 June 2026, is not the offer that clears in Toronto. Sartori maps about 5,000 lawyers in Toronto. Only one of the three Canadian instruments is a Bay Street matching round, and that round is still the February–March 2025 print.
Toronto first-year base after the 2025 Bay Street matching round, about CAD 135,000 before bonus, as Law.com reported on 19 February 2025 and The Globe and Mail on 4 March 2025. Law.com International ↗
Four readings of one seat. Only the first is a Toronto offer. The three Canadian instruments are unpacked below.
- CAD 130,000
- Toronto median first-year associate base in NALP's inaugural Canadian survey, as of 1 January 2025 — the highest of five cities.
- NALP Bulletin+ May 2025; figures as of 1 January 2025
- CAD 275,000
- Reported top-tier Toronto seventh-year base after the early-2025 Bay Street matching round, before bonus.
- The Globe and Mail, 4 March 2025
- CAD 69.74
- Toronto-region median hourly wage for NOC 41101 (all seats: firms, in-house, government, sole practice). A 2023–2024 wage, not a 2026 salary.
- ESDC Job Bank, wages updated 19 November 2025, Labour Force Survey 2023–2024; page modified 7 August 2026
- 114,574
- Active and practicing members counted by Canadian law societies for data year 2024.
- Federation of Law Societies of Canada, Statistics Report 2024 (modified 25 August 2025)
Torys LLP's own careers page, accessed 30 September 2026, still prints an attorney scale in US dollars from USD 225,000 to USD 435,000 — the prior US ladder, not the June 2026 floor of USD 235,000 and not a Toronto CAD grid. A Canadian firm can pay New York in USD and Toronto in CAD on the same platform. The mistake is treating those two printings as one number. USD 235,000 is not a Toronto offer.
USD 235,000 is not a Toronto offer.
What lawyer salary Canada pays, by the instrument that produced it
Open the table first. NALP's national medians as of 1 January 2025 come from a 66-office survey. The CAD 135,000 Toronto first-year that general counsel meet in an offer letter is a later 2025 matching round, not that median, and no 2026 replacement of either print was found.
NALP published its first Canadian Associate Salary Survey in 2025: 66 law offices across five provinces, figures as of 1 January 2025, rounded to the nearest CAD 25. No 2026 edition of that survey was on nalp.org as of 30 September 2026. The national median for associates called in 2024 was CAD 115,000, from 61 offices reporting that rung. The same table's median for associates called in 2025 was CAD 110,000, from 53 offices. Both rows are the 1 January 2025 snapshot, or fiscal 2025 if a firm set pay slightly later. The CAD 110,000 row predates the February 2025 Bay Street lift and is not a 2026 salary. Neither row is the Bay Street letter a Toronto general counsel is usually matching.
| Year of call | Seniority band | Median base | Offices reporting | 2024 bonus median |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2025 | 2025 call | CAD 110,000 | 53 | — |
| 2024 | First-year | CAD 115,000 | 61 | CAD 7,925 |
| 2023 | Second-year | CAD 135,000 | 63 | — |
| 2022 | Third-year | CAD 150,000 | 61 | — |
| 2021 | Fourth-year | CAD 170,000 | 61 | — |
| 2020 | Fifth-year | CAD 184,425 | 60 | — |
| 2019 | Sixth-year | CAD 201,500 | 52 | — |
| 2018 | Seventh-year | CAD 214,325 | 42 | — |
| 2017 | Eighth-year | CAD 222,500 | 43 | CAD 30,000 |
Calendar-year 2024 performance bonuses ran from a median of CAD 7,925 for associates called in 2024 to CAD 30,000 for those called in 2017. Non-associate counsel and staff-lawyer medians sat at CAD 222,000 (called 2015–2017) to CAD 248,875 (called before 2011). Figures: NALP Bulletin+ May 2025.
The modal first-year salary across all offices was CAD 130,000 — 26 percent of reported salaries, per NALP's 22 April 2025 press release. Boutique firms printed a first-year median of CAD 127,500. Firm-size spread widens with seniority: for lawyers called in 2017, the median was CAD 176,500 in offices of 100 or fewer lawyers and CAD 233,750 in offices of 301 or more.
The matching round that followed is a legal-press fact, not a 66-office median. The Globe and Mail on 4 March 2025 named Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Torys LLP, Goodmans LLP, Stikeman Elliott LLP, McCarthy Tétrault LLP, Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and Aird & Berlis LLP as having raised; Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP declined to comment. NALP's Toronto summer, 2L and articling median was CAD 1,900 a week against a national median of CAD 1,550. A general counsel matching a first-year offer in this market is matching that CAD letter, not averaging it with the NALP national median of CAD 115,000, and not translating a US first-year of USD 235,000 into CAD and calling the difference a discount.
Toronto is the high first-year print in NALP's five-city cut, at CAD 130,000.
The same occupation, three payers.
Ontario does not pay one lawyer salary. The Law Society's 2024 snapshot splits the occupation into associate desks, in-house seats, government counsel, partners and sole practice — and the Bay Street matching round is the thin large-firm tail of that mix.
A firm matching roundA Crown grid
- Private practice Year-of-call bases at national and mid-market firms. NALP measures this. Bay Street matching moves the top of it.
- In-house A general counsel or chief legal officer sets a CAD band against the work the desk must do, not against a class year.
- Public sector Treasury Board LP-01 to LP-05 steps, plus MAG Crown and civil counsel. A grid with published rungs.
On that 52,404 base, law-firm associates are 21 percent (on the order of 11,000), in-house 13 percent (on the order of 6,800) and government 15 percent (on the order of 7,900). Of 20,081 lawyers counted inside law firms, 21 percent sit in firms of 200 or more licensees and 34 percent in firms of fewer than five. The CAD 135,000 matching round is the large-firm tail, not the modal Ontario paycheck. LSO electoral Toronto holds 55 percent of 48,766 lawyers with a recorded region.
The Federation of Law Societies counted 114,574 active and practicing members nationwide for 2024, including 45,109 in Ontario, 31,110 at the Barreau du Québec, 14,831 in British Columbia and 12,757 in Alberta. No Federation Statistics Report for data year 2025 was found as of 30 September 2026, so that national stock stays a 2024 figure. The Law Society of Ontario's Annual Report 2025, which does exist, records 61,861 lawyer licensees, 46,652 lawyers practising law, and 2,942 lawyers licensed in 2025. Its 2024 annual report had recorded 60,590 licensees, 45,109 practising, and 2,701 licensed. Job Bank's Ontario occupation count of about 54,600 people in NOC 41101 is a Labour Force Survey universe, not the licensee practising count. The outlook page still gives that headcount; recent trends were updated 28 July 2026 and the 2025–2027 outlook was updated 10 December 2025. Band the three counts. Do not reconcile them into one “Canadian lawyer” headcount.

The Ontario call that makes a Toronto salary payable is a Class L1 Licence, not a US class year.
- Year of call, not class year. Ontario associates are paid by year of call after the Law Society of Ontario Class L1 Licence. Importing a US “class of 2026” title into a Toronto offer is a category error.
- The experiential floor is cash. Articling principals and Law Practice Program supervisors must pay at least CAD 620 a week. The licensing process runs 18 to 24 months on average. An NCA Certificate of Qualification is not a Canadian law degree and does not admit to the bar; as of 1 March 2026, NCA applicants must show Indigenous Law competence and complete a language screen before assessment.
- Federal titles map to LP steps. Treasury Board's job-evaluation standard runs Legal Counsel (LP-01), counsel (LP-02), Senior Counsel (LP-03), General Counsel (LP-04) and Senior General Counsel (LP-05). Department of Justice Canada employs about 5,000 people, roughly one half of them lawyers, with more than 800 employees in departmental legal services units in the National Capital Region, about 200 headquarters policy lawyers, and about 110 legislative counsel. Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney General employs more than 1,800 lawyers.
The buyer of an in-house seat is a general counsel, chief legal officer or head of legal inside a company, a Crown or a fund — not a hiring partner.
- In-house is a large Ontario stock. Thirteen percent of the 52,404-licensee snapshot is already a company-side desk. CBA In-House Lawyers counts more than 5,000 members across companies, Crowns, municipalities, hospitals and agencies.
- A Schedule I bank is a scaled payer. Royal Bank of Canada's careers page describes a Law Group of 160, with more than 60 members of that group on the HSBC Bank Canada cutover that closed in March 2024. National-firm private practice still pays the CAD 135,000 / 275,000 associate grid: Osler lists 550 legal professionals across six offices.
- The 2026 practice map is the company's. Competition files, trade and government-relations, privacy that already exists, ESA posting rules, and capital-markets execution are what a Canadian general counsel is staffing. The US scale does not open any of those seats.
The US scale is a translation error.
What a general counsel is actually buying.
Across that Toronto interview cohort, 88 of 102 in-house counsel, general counsel and heads of legal over a 24-month window said they still convert a Canadian offer into US dollars against a published US class-year ladder before they approve the CAD band.
That conversion is the habit this page is for. A chief legal officer at a Schedule I bank told us, “The US scale is a translation error.” Her compensation committee still asks her to make it. She does not need a New York first-year. She needs a capital-markets counsel who can sit on TMX issuance and OSC prospectuses in CAD. Pricing the seat off USD 235,000 does not buy that lawyer faster. It tells the committee the wrong market. The Lexpert roster for the 2025–27 CBA In-House board, published 11 July 2025, is a buyer map by employer type: a Schedule I bank, a national telecom, a provincial electricity system operator, a large energy producer, port and airport authorities, a Crown passenger-rail corporation, a provincial MAG legislative-counsel office, a financial and consumer regulator, a property-and-casualty Crown insurer. That is who pays an in-house figure in this country — not only a Bay Street partnership.
CBA In-House Lawyers, the July 2025 rebrand of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association, counts more than 5,000 in-house professionals. The fifth annual Mondaq / CBA Canadian In-House Counsel Survey sat in the field October–December 2025 with just under 500 respondents: 29 percent CLOs and general counsel, 36 percent in Ontario. Twenty-four percent of respondents expect legal-department headcount to grow in 2026, down from 27 percent the prior year. Private companies are the growth pocket at 32 percent; public companies sit at 20 percent growth against 11 percent expecting cuts. Seventeen percent expect the legal budget to shrink — the highest projected-decline rate in five survey years.
The work those departments say will rise is not a US class-year skill set. Fifty-one percent expect more risk and compliance work; 51 percent more data privacy; 48 percent more contract management; 41 percent more dispute resolution, up from 34 percent. Labor and employment is expected to rise at 32 percent of departments, from 26 percent. Volume of work is the top challenge at every in-house level. A general counsel hiring off those labels is buying coverage, not a year of call.
Twenty-four percent of Canadian in-house departments expect headcount to grow in 2026.
General counsel keeps the fileNamed statutory owner
- GC as the desk The chief legal officer still holds competition, privacy and trade in one mandate, with overflow to a national firm.
- A specialist cell Senior counsel for privacy, competition or capital markets inside the department, reporting to the GC.
- A named owner Head of legal, or a statutory privacy officer under Quebec Law 25, with a published accountability the board can see.
The 2026 Canadian cycle is legal, not a US lockstep.
Parliament, the Competition Tribunal, the tariff calendar and TMX issuance set utilization in this market. A US salary scale does not.
A statute opens a fileA company staffs it
- Private access Competition Act private Tribunal rights in force 20 June 2025. Mid-to-senior competition and disputes work, including in-house compliance at companies with market power.
- Trade and issuance A second tariff wave from 8 September 2026, on top of TMX issuance that already rebounded in 2025. Trade, government-relations and capital-markets desks.
- Privacy that exists Quebec Law 25 is in force. Federal Bill C-36 had first reading only on 15 June 2026 and does not enact AIDA. Hire for the statute you have.
Bill C-59's private-access amendments came into force on 20 June 2025. Private parties may seek leave to the Competition Tribunal on refusal to deal, price maintenance, exclusive dealing, abuse of dominance, anti-competitive agreements and civil deceptive marketing. The Competition Bureau's 2025–26 performance report, published 23 June 2026, recorded 243 merger reviews commenced and 236 concluded — comparable to 253 and 237 the year before. That is a throughput number for competition and M&A counsel, not a hiring census.
Bill C-15 received royal assent on 26 March 2026 and narrowed greenwashing private access on business-activity environmental claims. Product-level claims remain privately actionable. Osler recorded on 8 April 2026 that no private or public Tribunal applications had yet been filed challenging environmental claims under the deceptive-marketing provisions. The hiring consequence is a trim on one plaintiff-side theory, not a stand-down of in-house advertising-compliance work.
Capital markets are busier than the 2023–24 drought. TMX Group's December 2025 equity-financing statistics, released 12 January 2026, put combined TSX and TSXV issuance at about CAD 33.4 billion for calendar 2025. Through August 2026, year-to-date financings were CAD 18,898,076,419 on the TSX and CAD 8,165,943,244 on the TSXV, about CAD 27.06 billion combined, in the release of 9 September 2026. No 2025–26 OSC annual report was found to replace the 2024–25 edition, which recorded 324 public-company prospectus reviews and 345 investment-fund and structured-product prospectus reviews, and Enforcement assessed 2,187 cases, with the Capital Markets Tribunal issuing 87 administrative sanctions and CAD 107,180,487 in monetary penalties. The Canadian Securities Administrators reported on 23 July 2026 that the 2025 listed-issuer financing exemption (LIFE) blanket order facilitated CAD 3.7 billion in its first year — eight times the prior pace.
Trade counsel are in a second wave. Finance Canada put a 25 percent surtax on CAD 30 billion of US goods from 4 March 2025; most lines rolled back on 1 September 2025, with steel, aluminum and automobiles remaining. Matching 15, 25 and 50 percent tariffs on about CAD 27.6 billion of US goods took effect at 12:01 a.m. on 8 September 2026. The Bank of Canada held the overnight rate at 2.25 percent on 2 September 2026, the seventh consecutive hold, and named the new tariffs as a growth risk. Next decision: 28 October 2026. Statistics Canada's Labour Force Survey, released 4 September 2026, put the August unemployment rate at 6.4 percent, unchanged on the month, with employment down 42,000.
Ontario labor desks have their own 2025–2026 calendar. Long-term illness leave took effect on 19 June 2025. From 1 July 2025, employers with 25 or more employees must give specified written job information before day one. The Working for Workers Seven Act, 2025 received royal assent on 27 November 2025. Publicly advertised job-posting rules, including pay transparency on specified postings, AI-use disclosure in hiring, and a 45-day applicant follow-up, took effect on 1 January 2026. A general counsel who is already carrying ESA risk does not need a US class-year hire to staff that file; the seat is Ontario counsel, often at senior-counsel seniority.
TSX and TSXV issuers raised about CAD 27.06 billion in the first eight months of 2026.
How a Toronto offer actually closes.
Of 23 closed Toronto associate-line searches over three years, 15 were company-side counsel seats a general counsel or head of legal was filling, and 8 were private-practice associate desks.
Sartori & Partners has worked the Toronto associate line for 8 years. Those 23 closed files completed at 93 percent, on a typical timeline of 6 to 12 weeks, with a median of 8 working days from offer to acceptance. Mandate telemetry records a 36 percent counter-offer incidence on that line. The interview findings are the same city cohort of 250 structured interviews; they are not a second survey.
Of the 15 company-side files, 6 were re-briefed after the first shortlist because the approved CAD band had been reverse-engineered from a US dollar number the candidates would not accept. That is the finding that does not flatter the method: we still take mandates where the budget was built on the wrong currency, and we still spend the first weeks taking that number apart. Of the 8 private-practice associate files, 3 ran to the full 12 weeks because year-of-call credit, not cash, was the fight.
Of those 102 in-house respondents, 64 had approved an offer in the last 18 months; 41 of the 64 priced the seat within CAD 10,000 of a Bay Street year-of-call equivalent rather than an occupation-wide Job Bank wage. The general counsel who closes in this market uses the matching-round CAD figure as a ceiling and the LP grid as a floor. The general counsel who stalls uses a US lockstep printout.
Three composite files
A Schedule I bank, capital-markets counsel. The chief legal officer opened a mid-level seat against a US-dollar first-year floor her committee had seen in the financial press. The first shortlist rejected the CAD band. We re-cut the brief against TMX issuance work and a Toronto year-of-call equivalent. The file closed in 11 weeks, inside the 6-to-12-week window, with a signature 8 working days after the revised offer. No candidate or employer is named; the composite is a type and a timeline.
A PE-backed industrials platform, commercial counsel. Human resources had annualized a Job Bank hourly median and tabled it as the offer. A head of legal at that platform told us the first letter died because the shortlist read a labor-force wage as a mid-market Bay Street cut. Job Bank is a labor-force wage. It is not a Bay Street offer. Re-briefed onto a year-of-call band, the seat filled in 9 weeks. This was one of the 6 company-side files that had to be re-priced.
A national telecom, senior counsel from a year-of-call 2020 firm desk. Scope, reporting line and the government-relations slice of the tariff file mattered more than a CAD 10,000 swing. 7 weeks, no counter-offer, start date set by notice rather than by eligibility. The company CTA on this page is the same conversation: price the seat in CAD against the work, then run the search.
Job Bank is a labor-force wage. It is not a Bay Street offer.
What the headline number leaves out.
A single Canadian lawyer-salary figure is always an instrument wearing a national costume. Name the instrument before you name the number.
National mobility, under the Federation of Law Societies' National Mobility Agreement 2013, lets a lawyer already called in another common-law province transfer to Ontario without a transfer examination, with temporary mobility of up to 100 days a year. That moves supply. It does not move the CAD matching round. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's 2026–2028 Immigration Levels Plan, in the supplementary tables dated 5 November 2025, stabilizes overall permanent-resident admissions at 380,000 in 2026, 2027 and 2028. New temporary-resident arrivals are 385,000 in 2026. That is an immigration-counsel volume story, not a Bay Street associate-pay story.
The credential gate remains provincial. A US J.D. without an NCA Certificate of Qualification does not open a Toronto seat. Quebec civil-law graduates who want a common-law call go through the NCA; Quebec notaries at the Chambre des notaires are a parallel profession, not interchangeable with common-law associates. British Columbia's Legal Professions Act received royal assent on 16 May 2024. The consolidation current to 22 September 2026 still marks sections 1 to 214 as not in force: it is a Vancouver regulatory file, not a Toronto salary driver. Energy, mining and infrastructure counsel in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver still sit on the repaired Impact Assessment Act, in force 20 June 2024 after the Supreme Court of Canada's 13 October 2023 reference; Law.com International on 13 January 2026 recorded a national firm adding partner seats in energy, M&A and mining, which is a practice-label signal, not a Toronto CAD print.
Name the instrument before you name the Canadian salary.
If you are the lawyer earning the figure, read the CAD matching round and the LP grid against your year of call, then decide whether an in-house move is a cut or a different object. An occupation-wide hourly median will understate a Bay Street letter and overstate nothing useful about a federal LP-02. If you are the general counsel paying it, do not import the 2026 US associate scale as a Toronto budget line. Set the band in CAD against the work — competition files, trade, privacy that already exists, ESA posting rules, TMX issuance — and against the year-of-call equivalent the shortlist will actually sign. For how private-practice and in-house pay compare as structures, see the private practice versus in-house salary guide. To staff the seat, start with in-house counsel recruiting or associate recruiting.
Lawyer salary in Canada: questions from both sides of the offer
What is lawyer salary Canada for a first-year associate in 2026?
No 2026 CAD grid has been published. The standing top-tier Toronto first-year is about CAD 135,000 before bonus, from the February–March 2025 Bay Street matching round, as Law.com reported on 19 February 2025 and The Globe and Mail on 4 March 2025. That is not a national median and it is not a 2026 measurement. NALP's 2025 Canadian Associate Salary Survey, figures as of 1 January 2025, put the Toronto median for associates called in 2024 at CAD 130,000 and the national median at CAD 115,000 (61 offices reporting that rung; 66 offices participated). The same snapshot's median for associates called in 2025 was CAD 110,000 across 53 offices — still a 1 January 2025 figure, taken before that matching round. At the Bank of Canada daily average of CAD 1.4188 per USD on 29 September 2026, CAD 135,000 is about USD 95,151.
How much do lawyers make in Canada against a US class-year scale?
A Toronto first-year at CAD 135,000 is about USD 95,151 at the Bank of Canada daily average of CAD 1.4188 per USD on 29 September 2026. The US large-firm first-year floor of USD 235,000 that Milbank announced on 2 June 2026 is about CAD 333,418 at the same rate. Those two figures are different markets, not a discount on one ladder. Occupation-wide, ESDC Job Bank's Toronto-region median for lawyers was CAD 69.74 an hour in the 2023–2024 Labour Force Survey. Job Bank still dates that wage release 19 November 2025; the page was modified 7 August 2026 and the wage was not replaced. It covers sole practice and government as well as firms, and it is not a 2026 salary.
What is lawyer salary Toronto beyond the first-year associate rung?
NALP's Toronto median for associates called in 2024 was CAD 130,000 as of 1 January 2025, the highest of five cities. The same survey's national median for associates called in 2025 was CAD 110,000 (53 offices). The Globe and Mail reported on 4 March 2025 that top-tier seventh-year Toronto bases sat around CAD 275,000 after the matching round. National medians in that 1 January 2025 snapshot then run to CAD 222,500 for lawyers called in 2017. Toronto summer and articling students sat at a NALP median of CAD 1,900 a week. None of those rungs was re-surveyed for 2026. Ontario pays on year of call after a Class L1 Licence, not on a US class year.
What does in house counsel salary Toronto look like for a general counsel?
No primary 2026 Toronto in-house salary median is published here. Recruiter-house guides exist and are not used. Ontario's 2024 Lawyer Annual Report snapshot — the latest employment-mix snapshot found; the Law Society has not posted a 2025 edition — puts 13 percent of 52,404 licensees with recorded status in-house, on the order of 6,800 seats. The Law Society's Annual Report 2025 separately counts 61,861 lawyer licensees and 46,652 lawyers practising law. CBA In-House Lawyers counts more than 5,000 members nationwide. The Mondaq / CBA survey in the field October–December 2025 (just under 500 respondents) found 24 percent of departments expecting headcount growth in 2026, with private companies at 32 percent. A general counsel prices the seat against the 2025 Bay Street year-of-call letter and the last published federal LP grid, not against a US class-year floor.
How long does a Toronto associate-level search take to close?
Sartori's Toronto associate-line searches run 6 to 12 weeks, with a median of 8 working days from offer to acceptance. That is mandate telemetry on 23 closed searches over three years, at a 93 percent completion rate, not an interview count. Counter-offers hit 36 percent of processes. The files that run to 12 weeks usually stall on year-of-call credit or on a CAD band that was reverse-engineered from a US dollar number, not on a missing shortlist.
Where does the federal Law Practitioner grid sit against Bay Street?
A first-year Bay Street base of about CAD 135,000, from the February–March 2025 matching round, sits above the LP-01 maximum of CAD 128,628. Those rates, row D, took effect 10 May 2025. The Treasury Board / Association of Justice Counsel agreement expired 9 May 2026, and no successor grid was published as of 30 September 2026, so the May 2025 print is the last published federal ladder, not a 2026 increase. LP-02 runs CAD 130,382–206,386 and LP-05 CAD 205,492–251,413. A senior LP-05 ceiling still sits below the reported CAD 275,000 seventh-year Toronto firm base from March 2025. Public-sector pay is a grid with steps; Bay Street is a matching round. Do not average them.
NALP, Job Bank, the Federation, and the Bank of Canada.
Office-reported associate medians, occupation-wide wages, law-society stocks, the federal LP grid, and the official USD/CAD print. Sartori's Toronto research programme sits first, because the closing behavior on this page is ours.

Sartori & Partners maps 1,480,000+ lawyer profiles globally and has run quarterly market surveys since 2019. Compensation figures here are benchmarks, not quotes, and are not financial, career or legal advice. Actual pay varies by year of call, seat, bonus eligibility and the instrument that produced the number. No 2026 Bay Street CAD grid was found on a primary, non-recruiter page; the standing top-tier Toronto bases are the February–March 2025 matching round.
