Squire Patton Boggs Salary 2026: Associate Scale, Bonus and Partner Pay
A New York Associate Labor Condition Application filed in December 2025 shows $250,000. London newly qualified pay, announced in October 2024, is £110,000 from 1 January 2025. There is no public U.S. class-year lockstep. This page lists the dated cells, names the blanks, and shows what a general counsel has to put on an in-house offer.
Name the office before you name the dollar.
A general counsel holding a New York Associate figure of $250,000 from a December 2025 Labor Condition Application is already looking at Squire Patton Boggs salary as a seat, not as a national scale. Sartori's New York interview cohort (1,675 structured interviews) is the research base behind that read.
Legal Cheek, on 21 October 2024, reported the firm lifting London newly qualified pay from £100,000 to £110,000 and regional NQ from £65,000 to £70,000, effective 1 January 2025. The 29 September 2025 Money talks table still lists London NQ at £110,000. Two UK bands. Not a U.S. lockstep.
A general counsel who copies a matching-firm lockstep onto this verein is matching a table the firm has not printed. An associate who quotes only the London NQ is describing one payroll inside a Swiss Verein, not the New York letter. The dated cells are below.

Which Squire Patton Boggs salary a general counsel is matching.
Start with the announcement that exists, not the lockstep that does not. The UK NQ is a firm-dated cell. The U.S. associate figure a company can actually read is a Labor Condition Application.
A published NQA visa wage, then a blank
- UK newly qualified London and the three regional cities print sterling bases. Trainee steps sit underneath. Post-NQ associate lockstep is not on those pages.
- U.S. office LCA A sponsored Associate in New York, Washington or San Francisco leaves a wage on a Department of Labor file. That file is not a class-year grid.
- U.S. lockstep and bonus No 2025 or 2026 memo. The matching-firm first-year floor is a comparator at other firms, not this one’s table.
The dated sterling number is on Legal Cheek. On 21 October 2024 the site reported that London newly qualified pay would rise from £100,000 to £110,000 and regional NQ from £65,000 to £70,000, effective 1 January 2025. RollOnFriday, on 25 October 2024, repeated the same four-city split — London; Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester — and noted the firm would not reveal salary details for associates other than NQ. Legal Cheek’s 29 September 2025 Money talks table still placed this firm at £110,000, level with Eversheds Sutherland and below CMS at £120,000, DLA Piper at £130,000 and Magic Circle at £150,000 in that September table, against an average NQ of £118,756 across the Firms Most List.
Fourteen months later the London NQ had not been reprinted higher on the pages. Legal Cheek’s 2026–27 firm profile, captured 11 September 2026, still lists London first-year trainee £50,000, second-year trainee £55,000, NQ £110,000, and “up to £70,000” for newly qualified solicitors in the regions, with regional trainees at £34,000 then £37,500. PGDL and SQE grants on that profile are £17,000 in London and £10,000 outside London. The Solicitors Regulation Authority’s SQE route, described on its August 2025 page, remains the qualification gate: a degree or equivalent, SQE1 and SQE2, two years of qualifying work experience, and suitability checks. Those grants are a cost of the pipeline. They are not a U.S. first-year.

The U.S. number a compensation committee can defend without asking the candidate sits on a visa file. Two Associate LCAs for New York, filed 1 December 2025 and 3 December 2025, both list a $250,000 base and a 1 March 2026 start, per the Department of Labor disclosures indexed at h1bdata.info on 11 September 2026. An Associate Attorney in restructuring and insolvency in New York was filed at $215,000 on 29 October 2024. A Washington Associate Level I filing on 11 June 2024 lists $215,000. A San Francisco Associate Attorney filing on 1 May 2025 lists $210,000. A Palo Alto Partner in intellectual property and technology was filed at $450,000 on 5 May 2025. An Atlanta Senior Associate Attorney filing on 26 April 2023 lists $270,000 — a 2023 senior wage, not a 2026 first-year.
Those rows are actual wages on sponsored seats. They are not a class-year lockstep, and they are not a bonus. Title mix on the same index includes patent agents and paralegals; the all-record median on that index is not treated here as “the associate salary.” A general counsel who pastes one New York LCA onto a Cleveland Environmental, Safety & Health hire has not opened a match. They have mixed offices.
The U.S. class-year column a compensation committee wants is blank.
After the UK NQ and the LCA wages, the firm describes a platform. It does not publish a 2026 U.S. associate scale, a bonus grid, or a partner's points. Profits per equity partner in the rankings is an average at a different altitude.
The employer’s own U.S. recruiting pages do not fill the gap. The U.S. Summer Associate Program page, accessed 11 September 2026, describes on-campus interviewing, 1L and 2L timelines, and a cover letter that names a preferred office. It does not print a first-year base. The Join-us hub likewise prints no salary. That is the 2026 recruiting instrument a company can open. It is silent on dollars.
Milbank moved the matching-firm first-year floor to $235,000 on 2 June 2026, effective 1 July 2026, with an eighth-year cap of $455,000, as Above the Law’s scorecard dated 5 June 2026 recorded. Biglaw Investor prints the same 2026 market first-year. Squire Patton Boggs does not appear on that matcher table. Treat the absence as unpublished. Do not write $235,000 as this firm’s 2026 U.S. base. The eight-rung ladder belongs on the sibling scale page; the fact that belongs here is that this verein has not joined the print.
NALP still describes the geography underneath that silence. The 2025 Associate Salary Survey, as of 1 January 2025 and released 28 May 2025, put the overall median first-year at $200,000, the median in firms of 701 or more lawyers at $215,000, and $225,000 as the most frequently reported first-year — 32 percent of offices, and 45 percent of offices in the 701-plus band. The same survey put a $225,000 median in Austin, Boston, Houston, New York City, San Francisco and the Washington DC area, and a Midwest median of $180,000. That Midwest cell is the relevant perimeter for Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati unless the firm publishes a first-year of its own. The NALP print predates the June 2026 matching-firm move. It is not a Squire Patton Boggs disclosure.
Bonus is the same blank. No 2025 or 2026 U.S. year-end memo was found. UK cash, by contrast, sits against a published hours target: Legal Cheek’s 2026–27 profile lists 1,200 annual target hours. RollOnFriday, on 28 February 2025, reported anonymous sources that lawyers who failed to log 80 percent of target hours did not receive a raise, so some 1–2 PQE lawyers sat below the new NQ of £110,000; the firm’s spokesperson, in the same article, said the firm was performing at record levels and remained committed to compensating people in line with contribution and industry standards. That is a reported hours gate plus a denial of a “poor year” frame. It is not a bonus column a head of HR can download.
Squire Patton Boggs partner salary is not a public cell either. Legal Cheek’s 2026–27 profile prints profits per equity partner of £1,700,000 as a list figure in pounds. The 2025 Global 200 dollar PEP is $2,344,000 for FY2024. Those are different instruments. Neither is a named partner’s draw. Wikipedia’s firm infobox, citing Law.com and accessed 11 September 2026, prints $2.510 million PEP for 2025; the underlying 2026 Am Law 100 table on Law.com, dated 14 April 2026, was paywalled when accessed, so rank, equity-partner count, margin and revenue per lawyer for FY2025 are omitted. A general counsel matching an associate should not import any of those PEP cells into an in-house band.

Cash at this verein is a seat, not a lockstep.
Who earns the figure, and who has to match it.
The lawyers who earn a 2026 figure sit on Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP or Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP. The general counsel, chief legal officer or head of HR who later matches it is buying a lateral off a verein W-2, not a 3L off a lockstep PDF.
Earns the letterPays to match it
- The associate or NQ UK cash is a published NQ. U.S. cash is an office wage or a last letter. Hours gates, where they exist, sit beside the number, not in a downloadable bonus column.
- The in-house grade Corporate counsel, senior counsel, associate general counsel. The internal band is a title stack. The candidate walks in with an office-level print.
- The GC / CLO / head of HR Signs the offer and has to explain why a missing U.S. class-year grid is not an invitation to paste someone else’s, and why London NQ is not Birmingham NQ.
The 2026 figure is earned on a law-firm seat. The Verein does not write the paycheck.
- Two practicing LLPs, not one payroll. The October 2025 Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the UK LLP, covering the financial year ending 30 April 2025, states that Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP and Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP are the only members of Squire Patton Boggs International Association, a Swiss Verein that does not itself provide legal or other client services. Cash is booked in separate practicing entities. Cash at this verein is a seat, not a lockstep.
- UK juniors arrive through four cities and six seats. The Trainee Solicitor Program page, accessed 11 September 2026, routes all future trainees through a one-week June vacation scheme, a 2:1 gate, and an in-person assessment center. Qualification in the 21 October 2024 round ran into corporate, financial services, IP and technology, international dispute resolution, litigation, competition, restructuring and insolvency, environmental safety and health, white collar and government investigations, real estate, and labor and employment. Retention on that round was 21 of 26, or 81 percent. The 2026–27 profile prints a later round at 69 percent. Those are two qualification years. They are not an average.
- U.S. entry is a nine-week summer and a preferred office. The student-opportunities hub describes a nine-week Summer Associate Program for law students, with a cover letter that names a preferred office. Testimonials on that page (not named here) sit in Columbus, New York Corporate, and Cleveland Government Investigations and White Collar — the same office split the 2026 promotions later confirmed. Bar admission in the office state is the working gate. The program page still prints no salary.
- Public Policy is a mixed payroll in the same Washington department. The firm’s own ATS, accessed 11 September 2026, advertised a Public Policy Intern for the 2026 winter semester at $17.95 per hour, three days a week, not benefits-eligible, gated to current undergraduates. That is not the associate salary. It is evidence that the Washington public-policy desk hires a non-JD track into the same office that pays the DC lawyer a compensation committee is trying to match.
The institutions on the invoice are the later employers of the same talent.
- The buyer universe is the Fortune and FTSE book, plus government. The Our firm page, accessed 11 September 2026, describes clients from Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 corporations to emerging companies, and from individuals to local and national governments, including privatization work and the establishment of regulatory systems. The 11 May 2026 Public Policy leadership announcement names corporations, trade associations, sovereign governments and nonprofit organizations. That is the firm’s own coverage claim, not a fee table. The general counsel at those companies is who funds the letter and who later matches it.
- In-house is cultivated as a buyer, not as this payroll. The firm’s Association of Corporate Counsel Europe hub, accessed 11 September 2026, is a twelve-month sponsorship aimed at general counsel, chief legal officers and senior in-house counsel, with 2026 events in Manchester and Paris. A Birmingham Corporate partner biography on the 23 February 2026 promotions release describes work for privately owned and private-equity-backed corporates, board advisory, and general counsel and C-suite relationships, with prior secondments at an international packaging manufacturer and the UK Business Growth Fund. Those secondment hosts are in-house legal teams. The home seat remains the firm.
- Practice demand is visible in promotions, not in a job-board census. On 23 February 2026 the firm named 20 lawyers to partner and two to principal. Corporate took New York, two London seats, Birmingham, Tokyo, and a Columbus principal. Environmental, Safety & Health took two Cleveland partners; Restructuring & Insolvency took one more in Cleveland. Financial Services took Phoenix, Miami and London. Public Policy’s Washington cousin — International Trade and Foreign Investment — took a Washington partner. Pensions took London. Labor & Employment took a Columbus principal. That is a promotion census. It is not an associate-opening count.
- Pensions and ESH name the public-body buyer in plain language. The Pensions page describes a 40-strong team across London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester, more than 300 pension schemes with a total value of over £400 billion, and almost half of the funds in the Local Government Pension Scheme in England and Wales, with The Pensions Regulator as the named counterpart. The Environmental, Safety & Health page names U.S. EPA, OSHA and MSHA, and the UK Environment Agency and Health and Safety Executive, against chemicals, petroleum, manufacturing, municipal utilities and energy. Those general counsel and heads of legal sit on the invoice first.
What a general counsel actually has to put on the page.
The in-house offer is a match to an office, not an internal grade. Across 94 of 218 in-house hiring managers at Fortune-scale corporates, PE portfolio companies and government legal departments in the same New York interview cohort, over a 24-month window, the first matching question was which of this verein's seats they were buying.
That 94-of-218 read sits inside the same New York interview cohort. It is the offer-construction problem. A general counsel at a PE-backed industrial platform told us they had budgeted an incoming Birmingham Corporate associate against the regional £70,000 NQ print until the candidate produced the London £110,000 cell. A chief legal officer at a Mid-Atlantic government-services contractor told us the Washington Public Policy seat they were matching sat in a department that also hired a $17.95-per-hour intern track, and they had to unpick lawyer cash from advisor cash before they could write the offer. Both are company-side failures of arithmetic, not of sourcing.
Price the office before you price the year. A head of legal who copies last year’s NALP New York median of $225,000 onto this year’s December 2025 New York Associate LCA of $250,000 has not opened a match. They have mixed vintages. The honest company offer names the office, copies the dated print the candidate is leaving — a UK NQ, an LCA wage, or a last letter — and then decides whether title, reporting line and equity are the variables, or whether cash has to move. Equity starts to close the gap at GC and chief legal officer. It does not close it at Attorney through Associate General Counsel.
NALP Midwest first-year median, 1 January 2025
The relevant perimeter for Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati unless the firm publishes a first-year of its own. Not a Squire Patton Boggs memo.
NALP Bulletin+, June 2025 ↗One composite from the New York associate book. A UK-headquartered industrial group opened an Associate General Counsel seat for a newly qualified solicitor coming off this firm’s Birmingham Corporate practice. The first offer tracked an internal grade built on the regional £70,000 NQ. The candidate produced the London £110,000 cell — the same announcement, a different city. The compensation committee took four weeks to reopen the band; by then the candidate had accepted a stay. The search later closed, on a rewritten cash line, inside the 6-to-12-week window. The delay was not the market. It was the office.
Price the office before you price the year.
Squire Patton Boggs PEP paid the platform. It did not print a U.S. grid.
Ranking-year receipts fund UK NQ cash and U.S. office wages. They are not a partner paycheck, and they are not a 2026 U.S. class-year memo. The desks that took 2026 promotions are the ones a company is actually matching.
Deal-cycle hoursStatute and oversight clocks
- Corporate and financial services Billable hours follow mega-deal and middle-market M&A. New York, London, Birmingham, Phoenix and Miami took the 2026 promotions in those labels.
- Washington public policy The 119th Congress restocks investigations. CFIUS work continued after the February 2025 America First Investment Policy. That is a partner-plus seat, not a UK NQ.
- Cleveland ESH and UK pensions EPA PFAS calendars and the Employment Rights Act 2025 / Pension Schemes Act 2026 clocks do not wait on a lockstep memo. The 2026 promotions already sat on those desks.
Wikipedia’s compilation of Law.com International’s 2025 Global 200, accessed 11 September 2026, lists the verein at rank 50 with revenue of $1,361,100,000, 1,458 lawyers, revenue per lawyer of $933,000 and PEP of $2,344,000. Global Legal Post, on 17 July 2024, had attributed FY2023 revenue of $1.24 billion and PEP of just over $2 million to The American Lawyer, with around 1,450 lawyers in more than 40 offices. The infobox on the firm’s Wikipedia page, citing Law.com, then prints $1.421 billion of revenue and $2.510 million PEP for 2025. Internet Legal Research Group’s 2025 profile ranks the firm 23rd among America’s 350 largest, up 0.8 percent from 1,446 attorneys in 2024. None of those ordinals is a salary. They are why a general counsel matching one office cannot assume the other office’s print.
The UK payroll has its own statutory accounts. Companies House records Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP (OC335584) with a registered office at 60 London Wall and group accounts made up to 30 April 2025, filed 23 January 2026. Endole’s reading of those accounts prints about 1,000 employees, down 25, on turnover up £6.56 million or 2.5 percent from the prior year. That is UK LLP group headcount and a growth rate, not global Am Law revenue and not a lawyer-only census. The firm locations page, accessed 11 September 2026, still prints 40 offices across four continents and 1,500 lawyers; Global Legal Post, on 30 June 2026, reported that the U.S. LLP accounts for 36 of the firm’s 48 offices; Legal Cheek’s 2026–27 profile prints 46. Report the footprint as a 40–48 office band. Do not pick a single lockstep geography.
Demand underneath those receipts is split by seat. Bloomberg Law, on 17 August 2026, citing Citi’s law firm group, printed industry billable hours up 4.2 percent in the first half of 2026, revenue up 11.7 percent, and compensation expense up 8.9 percent, with AI spend at 0.25 percent of revenue at the end of 2025 and hours still rising. That is an industry print, not this firm’s hours. It is why New York, London and Birmingham Corporate seats can stay busy in the second half of 2026 without that fact printing a U.S. lockstep memo.
The statute clocks are more local. U.S. Courts Table F-2 for the twelve months ending 30 June 2026 recorded 608,511 bankruptcy filings and 10,320 Chapter 11 cases — volume that keeps Cleveland Restructuring & Insolvency and New York restructuring LCA seats staffed, not a mandate count for this firm. EPA moved the TSCA PFAS reporting start in a pre-publication rule signed 8 April 2026, and on 20 May 2026 proposed to rescind 2024 drinking-water determinations for four PFAS substances; two of the 20 partner promotions on 23 February 2026 sat in Cleveland Environmental, Safety & Health. The Employment Rights Act 2025 received royal assent on 18 December 2025. The firm’s own Pensions Weekly of 14 January 2026 named 1 April 2026 as the accelerated LGPS consolidation deadline for England and Wales and 31 July 2026 for collective defined-contribution regulations under what became the Pension Schemes Act 2026. The EU AI Act became applicable on 2 August 2026. The White House America First Investment Policy of 21 February 2025 reset CFIUS screening; the firm promoted a Washington International Trade and Foreign Investment partner on 23 February 2026 and hired a Washington Corporate partner for private equity and government-contracting work on 3 February 2026, into a practice the firm puts at more than 400 corporate attorneys.
Geography is still moving. Firm announcements on 31 March 2026 (effective 1 May) and 30 June 2026 named new offices in Amsterdam, Astana, Baku, Dublin and Geneva. International Dispute Resolution, on the fellowship page, describes more than 130 lawyers in 25 offices and staffing that is not office-centric. Legal Cheek’s profile puts the data-privacy practice at more than 80 lawyers across 14 countries. UK female partners on the Legal Cheek profile are 34 percent. Those are platform facts. They do not fill the U.S. class-year column.
The files that stall are company-side, and they stall on the office.
Sartori has worked the New York associate market for more than 10 years. The closed-search book on this line is 33 files over three years. The ones that ran long were not the law-firm laterals.
Of those 33 closed New York associate searches over three years, 14 were company-side seats — in-house Attorney through Associate General Counsel buying talent off a verein-platform print — and 19 were law-firm associate laterals. Eight of the 14 company-side files required a rewritten first offer after the candidate produced an office the compensation committee had not budgeted: a London NQ against a Birmingham grade, or a December 2025 New York LCA against a band locked to the January 2025 NALP coastal median. Five of the 14 closed after the 12-week end of our typical timeline; all five were company-side seats whose boards would not reopen a band built on last year’s NALP print. That is the finding that does not flatter the method: we can assemble the shortlist inside the window. We cannot force a board to reopen a band built on last year’s coastal median.
New York associate counter-offer incidence on this line is 37 percent. Sartori’s New York associate mandate telemetry records a median of 11 working days from offer to acceptance. Typical time-to-fill is 6 to 12 weeks. Completion on the book is 93 percent. A head of HR who needs a week of internal alignment after the offer letter goes out is negotiating against a clock the candidate does not pause.
Of 186 New York associates sitting in years 2 to 6 inside the same cohort, over a 24-month window, 129 told Sartori the only number they would show a company was their last letter — not a market PDF, and not a class-year cell their firm does not print. A head of talent at a Mid-Atlantic government-services contractor told us the board had locked a band against the January 2025 NALP $225,000 New York and DC-area median and would not reopen it after a December 2025 New York Associate LCA showed $250,000. The file closed in week 14, after the typical window, on a rewritten cash line. The shortlist had been ready in week six.
Sartori maps approximately 67,000 lawyers in New York. That file records employer, seniority and practice. It cannot see which published cell a given associate is actually paid on, because that number lives inside a firm memo, a visa file, or a payroll letter. Quarterly surveys have run since 2019; the global mapping sits behind them at nearly 1.5 million lawyer profiles. Use the last dated announcement to price the offer. Use the mapping to find the people.
A second composite. A chemical manufacturer in the Midwest opened a Senior Counsel seat for a mid-level Environmental, Safety & Health associate coming out of Cleveland. The first band was built from the matching-firm first-year floor of $235,000, because no Squire Patton Boggs first-year is public. The candidate’s current letter sat off that PDF entirely. The company matched the letter, kept bonus discretionary, and closed in the tenth week. The general counsel who ran it treated the missing grid as a reason to ask for the letter, not as a reason to paste a matcher’s table. That is the only arithmetic that has worked on this book.
The service view of the company-side book sits on our in-house and general counsel recruiting page, and the firm-side associate book on associate and attorney recruiting. The matching-firm eight-rung ladder, when that is the question, is the 2026 BigLaw associate salary scale. Companies building a legal function rather than adding a seat should start with hiring your first general counsel. Methodology for the New York research program is on how we map and interview.
Squire Patton Boggs pay: questions from both sides of the offer
What is the Squire Patton Boggs salary in 2026?
There is no single figure: London newly qualified base is £110,000, and a New York Associate LCA filed in December 2025 shows $250,000. Legal Cheek dated the London and regional NQ step 21 October 2024, effective 1 January 2025; its 29 September 2025 table still lists London NQ at £110,000. Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester NQ is £70,000. No 2025 or 2026 U.S. class-year scale from the firm was found. A general counsel matching this verein has to name the office before naming the dollar.
What is Squire Patton Boggs associate salary in the United States?
The dated public U.S. prints are Labor Condition Application wages: New York Associate $250,000 (filed December 2025) against Washington Associate Level I $215,000 (filed June 2024). San Francisco Associate Attorney was filed at $210,000 in May 2025. Those are sponsored-seat wages, not a class-year lockstep. The firm’s U.S. Summer Associate Program page, accessed 11 September 2026, prints no first-year base. Above the Law’s 2026 raise scorecard does not list the firm among matchers of Milbank’s 2 June 2026 $235,000 floor.
What is Squire Patton Boggs PEP, and is it a partner paycheck?
The 2025 Am Law Global 200 printed Squire Patton Boggs PEP at $2,344,000 for FY2024 — an average, not a partner paycheck. Wikipedia’s compilation of that Law.com International ranking, accessed 11 September 2026, also lists $1,361,100,000 of revenue, 1,458 lawyers and $933,000 of revenue per lawyer. The firm infobox, citing Law.com, prints $2.510 million PEP for 2025. Neither cell is a named partner’s draw, and neither is the number a general counsel matches on an associate hire.
How should a general counsel match this firm on an in-house offer?
Price the office the candidate is leaving, not a national lockstep: Sartori’s New York associate desk records a median of 11 working days from offer to acceptance. Counter-offer incidence on that line is 37 percent. Copying the Milbank first-year floor of $235,000 onto a Cleveland Environmental, Safety & Health seat, or the London NQ onto a Birmingham Corporate hire, is mixing desks. Ask for the last letter. Then decide whether title and reporting line are the variables, or whether cash has to move.
What does Squire Patton Boggs pay newly qualified solicitors in London?
London newly qualified base is £110,000 from 1 January 2025; Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester NQ is £70,000. Legal Cheek dated that announcement 21 October 2024. London trainees sit at £50,000 then £55,000; regional trainees at £34,000 then £37,500, on the 2026–27 Legal Cheek profile accessed 11 September 2026. Post-NQ UK lockstep is not public. RollOnFriday, on 25 October 2024, reported the firm would not reveal associate salaries other than NQ.
Does Squire Patton Boggs publish a U.S. bonus grid?
No public 2025 or 2026 U.S. bonus memo was found. UK cash sits against a 1,200-hour annual target on Legal Cheek’s 2026–27 profile. RollOnFriday, on 28 February 2025, reported anonymous sources that lawyers who logged under 80 percent of target hours did not receive a raise; the firm, in the same article, said it was performing at record levels. That is an anecdote about a gate, not a published bonus column a compensation committee can download.
UK announcements, DOL LCA wages, Am Law PEP, and the desks that will not print a U.S. lockstep.
UK NQ dollars come from Legal Cheek in October 2024 and the 2026–27 profile. U.S. office wages come from Department of Labor Labor Condition Applications. PEP and revenue come from the 2025 Global 200 as compiled from Law.com International. The U.S. class-year grid is omitted because none was published on the pages.

Sartori figures are the New York associate interview cohort, mandate telemetry on 33 closed searches over three years, and the company-side reads drawn from that book. Public compensation tables are Legal Cheek, RollOnFriday, DOL LCA disclosures, NALP, the 2025 Global 200, Companies House / Endole, and the firm's own careers and promotions pages. No 2026 U.S. class-year base for this firm is used, because none was published on the pages. The eight-rung matching ladder after 1 July 2026 is documented on the sibling BigLaw scale page; this page cites only that Squire Patton Boggs is absent from the matcher table.
Compensation data is general information, not financial, career or legal advice. Actual pay varies by office, practicing entity, hours eligibility, bonus discretion and equity. Figures effective as dated in the prose. The next dated memo or LCA can reset one office without the query changing its name.

Matching this firm on an in-house offer?
We price the office the candidate is leaving — London NQ, a New York LCA, or a last letter — and we will say when a grade cannot clear the dated print. Confidential, no obligation, for general counsel, chief legal officers and heads of HR.
