Womble Bond Dickinson Salary 2026: Associate, Bonus and Partner Pay
On 6 March 2026 The American Lawyer printed combined 2025 PEP of $757,000 and just over $828 million of revenue after Lewis Roca. That cell is not a Charlotte associate scale, and it is not the figure a general counsel should match. This page sets out the dated associate, bonus and partner instruments that are actually public.
Womble Bond Dickinson salary is not a Charlotte lockstep.
The New York mapped file holds about 67,000 practicing lawyers. A general counsel who budgets this firm off a Mid-Atlantic PEP cell, or off a single Charlotte scale, is reading the wrong instrument.
The American Lawyer, on 6 March 2026, put combined 2025 PEP at $757,000 after Lewis Roca. A firm-hosted reprint dated 8 March 2022 put 2021 PEP at $810,000 on a smaller platform. Not a rising Mid-Atlantic cell.
Five public instruments answer the same query. A general counsel who matches the wrong one loses the shortlist; an associate who quotes PEP as a paycheck walks into a compensation committee that has not named the desk. The partner cells are unpacked below.
- $828M
- Just over $828 million of combined 2025 gross revenue after the Lewis Roca combination, printed as preliminary by The American Lawyer on 6 March 2026.
- The American Lawyer, 6 March 2026
- $585,000
- Average compensation for all partners on the combined 2025 platform — below Lewis Roca's 2024 $655,000 and above Womble's 2024 $566,000.
- The American Lawyer / ALM extract, 6 March 2026
- 12%
- Revenue gain on the two firms' combined 2024 totals, same 6 March 2026 article, flagged as preliminary ahead of April–May 2026 Am Law finals.
- The American Lawyer, 6 March 2026
- £400,000
- UK-side PEP on Legal Cheek's 7 October 2025 rich list — a different equity population from the ALM combined cell.
- Legal Cheek, 7 October 2025
Womble Bond Dickinson PEP is two populations, not a Mid-Atlantic cell.
Combined 2025 PEP of $757,000 is an ALM average on a transatlantic equity pool. Legal Cheek's UK table lists £400,000. A general counsel who pastes either onto an associate offer has mixed instruments.
Firm profit averageA paycheck
- ALM combined PEP Distributable profit divided by equity partners on the combined U.S. and U.K. platform after Lewis Roca. An average. Not a draw.
- UK Legal Cheek PEP A UK-side equity cell on a publisher table. Different population, different currency, different year-end from the ALM extract.
- What a GC actually matches Associate cash, NQ cash, or an in-house band. PEP does not clear any of those. It measures owners, not hires.
The American Lawyer, on 6 March 2026, reported that the combined firm amassed just over $828 million in 2025 revenue in the first year after the merger with Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, with a 12 percent gain on the two firms’ combined 2024 totals, and flagged the figures as preliminary. The same article’s ALM extract put combined 2025 PEP at $757,000, average compensation for all partners at $585,000, and revenue per lawyer at $688,000. Those 2025 cells sit above standalone Womble’s 2024 PEP of $736,000 and 2024 RPL of $638,000, and below Lewis Roca’s 2024 PEP of $760,000 and 2024 RPL of $814,000. Average partner compensation in 2025 also sits between 2024 Womble at $566,000 and 2024 Lewis Roca at $655,000.
A 2025 PEP of $757,000 cannot be read as a stable Mid-Atlantic print. A firm-hosted reprint of The American Lawyer, dated 8 March 2022, put 2021 gross revenue at $520.5 million (from $476.2 million), PEP up 12.8 percent to $810,000, net income $176.9 million, headcount 880 lawyers, and 218 equity partners. The 2025 combined cell is lower than that 2021 PEP on a smaller, pre-Lewis Roca platform. The combination press release dated 10 September 2024 said the 1 January 2025 close would create more than 1,300 attorneys in 40 offices, with combined gross revenue of more than $742 million that would have ranked 70th on the 2024 Am Law 100. The combination microsite uses 37 offices for the same close. Report the disagreement. Do not treat a 2024 notional rank as a finalized 2026 Am Law cell.
Legal Cheek, on 7 October 2025, listed Womble Bond Dickinson PEP at £400,000 on its UK rich list. The firm profile says UK-side average PEP has hovered around that mark as the equity tier expanded. Those two PEP numbers measure different populations. Do not convert £400,000 against $757,000 and call the result “partner pay.”
Average compensation, all partners, combined 2025
ALM extract of The American Lawyer, 6 March 2026. Below Lewis Roca 2024 ($655,000) and above Womble 2024 ($566,000).
The American Lawyer, 6 March 2026 ↗The UK LLP is a separate statutory story. Business Live, on 15 October 2025, reporting the Companies House accounts, put turnover at £128.9 million for the year ended 31 March 2025, against an 11-month 2024 comparative of £114.6 million, and operating profit at £28.44 million against £26.67 million. Companies House confirms last accounts made up to 31 March 2025, filed 13 October 2025. That UK LLP turnover is not the $828 million combined Am Law figure. Newcastle is described in that report as the UK firm’s biggest office by partners, headcount and fee income. A UK general counsel matching a Newcastle seat is not matching a Charlotte PEP cell.
A firm article on the combination, accessed in 2026, says both predecessors had open compensation systems and spent a lot of time harmonizing the bands, and that U.S. gross revenue rose 42.8 percent from 2017 to 2023 after the earlier Womble Carlyle / Bond Dickinson combination. No dollar bands are printed on that page. Harmonization is an integration task. It is not a 2026 class-year memo.
A combined PEP cell is not a paycheck, and it is not a Charlotte scale.
Womble Bond Dickinson associate salary is attested by city, not locked by class year.
No primary page publishes a 2026 U.S. first-year or class-year scale. What is public is a set of Labor Condition Application wages, a clerkship policy without a dollar, and an absence from the 2026 matcher table.
The U.S. careers page, accessed in 2026, states that clerkship bonuses are “highly competitive” with up to two years of partnership-track credit for state appellate or federal clerkships. It publishes no dollar amount and no class-year base table. Above the Law, on 5 June 2026, tracks firms matching Milbank’s 2 June 2026 first-year of $235,000 and class-of-2018 $455,000 scale. This firm does not appear in the Raises or Bonuses tables on the page, whose tables were updated through at least 31 August 2026. The neighboring BigLaw associate salary scale for 2026 owns that lockstep. This page cites only that Womble Bond Dickinson has not publicly joined it.
The last numbered U.S. associate-pay round on the record is historical. The 8 March 2022 American Lawyer reprint states that two 2021 associate-pay rounds produced an average base-salary increase of approximately 9 percent for all associates. That is a 2021 instrument. It is not a 2026 grid. The August 2024 recruiting brochure describes a Scholars program of $30,000 plus a 2L summer offer, and a reduced first-year billable-hours requirement, on a pre-combination platform of 1,000+ lawyers and 32 locations. Those 2024 brochure headcounts must not be mixed with the January 2025 1,300-attorney announcement. The $30,000 Scholars figure is a 2024 recruiting print, not a 2026 first-year base.

Ellis’s title-level summary on the salaries page puts Associate (seven positions) at a minimum and median of $230,000 and a maximum of $270,000, with IP Litigation Associate maxing at $320,000. Median H-1B salary across sponsored positions is $210,000. A Charlotte or Winston-Salem class-year scale is not in these filings. Sources: DOL FLAG compilations.

Patent seats add a credential the LCA title does not price. The U.S. law-students page requires technical backgrounds qualifying for the Patent Bar Exam; 37 CFR § 11.7 sets scientific or technical qualifications, the registration examination, and good moral character. That is a hiring gate. It is not a 2026 first-year dollar.
The UK print is a London NQ cell plus a city trainee ladder.
Legal Cheek publishes one London newly qualified figure. The employer publishes trainee bases by city. A 2023 regional NQ table is historical. A general counsel who rolls those 2023 pounds forward has invented a 2026 grid.
Legal Cheek’s table dated 29 September 2025 lists Womble Bond Dickinson London NQ at £83,000, grouped with Howard Kennedy, Penningtons Manches Cooper and Wiggin, well below Magic Circle £150,000 and US-London £170,000–£180,000 on that same table. The 2025 table publishes only that London NQ. It does not reprint a 2026 regional grid. RollOnFriday, on 29 September 2023, reported qualifying NQ salaries of £78,000 London, £60,000 Bristol, £55,000 Leeds and Southampton, and £50,000 Edinburgh, Plymouth and Newcastle, with 18 of 27 qualifying trainees retained (67 percent). Legal Cheek, on 4 October 2023, independently reported the same 18-of-27 retention. Those 2023 city pounds stay in 2023.
The employer’s 2026 graduate microsite is the primary for trainee bases: London first year £45,000 rising to £47,000; Bristol £40,000 / £42,000; Southampton, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Plymouth £33,000 / £35,000. Legal Cheek’s 20 October 2025 first-year trainee table listed the firm at £43,000. Where the two conflict, name the publisher. Do not blend them into one current cell. The Legal Cheek firm profile, accessed in 2026, lists about 20 training contracts and 85 percent latest trainee retention — a later snapshot than the 2023 67 percent, not a reason to inflate 2023 NQ pounds.
England NQ seats are SQE-gated. The Solicitors Regulation Authority’s SQE training-options page, updated 28 January 2026, still requires a degree or equivalent, SQE1 then SQE2, two years’ qualifying work experience, and character and suitability. The firm’s training-contract FAQ states that England offices fund PGDL and SQE via the University of Law, not the LPC, with SQE1 and SQE2 to be passed before the training contract commences, in four six-month seats. Edinburgh remains a two-year traineeship on the Law Society of Scotland route. That is a pipeline-timing driver. It is not a U.S. lockstep.
Bonus on the UK side has a statutory print that is not a lockstep. The firm’s Gender Pay Gap 2024 Report (copyright 2025; snapshot language includes 1 April 2024) puts the employee mean gender pay gap at 24.3 percent (24.4 percent in 2023) and the median at 36.3 percent. The mean bonus pay gap is 51.7 percent; the median bonus pay gap is 23.1 percent. Bonus receipt: female 63.2 percent (201 people), male 36.8 percent (117). Among Associates the mean pay gap is 1.9 percent and the median is -0.4 percent, on a 25/75 male/female split. Sixty percent of lawyers promoted to partnership in 2024 were female. That is UK Equality Act methodology. It is not a U.S. associate bonus grid, and it does not fill the blank on the U.S. careers page.
Who earns the figure, and who has to match it.
The lawyers who earn these prints sit on two LLPs and two flex desks. The general counsel, chief legal officer or head of HR who must put one of them on a company payroll is buying a desk, not a combined PEP cell.
Earns the printPays to match it
- The associate or NQ Paid on a U.S. office-and-practice attestation, a London NQ cell, or a city trainee rung. Hours, rating and qualifying work experience sit around it.
- The in-house grade Counsel, senior counsel, associate general counsel. Cash bands sit below or beside the firm print. Equity does not yet do the work.
- The GC / CLO / head of HR Signs the offer, owns the band, and has to explain to a compensation committee why a PEP cell does not clear this year’s New York LCA or London NQ.
The employer of the salary thesis is the transatlantic platform, not a Charlotte boutique.
- Two LLPs, one brand. Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP and Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP are separate entities. A New York corporate associate is on the U.S. payroll. A London NQ is on the UK LLP. The 10 September 2024 combination announcement, effective 1 January 2025, created a platform of more than 1,300 attorneys in 40 offices, with a domestic footprint of 29 offices in 15 states and Washington, D.C., plus eight UK offices.
- Charlotte is one office inside that map. More than 50 attorneys, opened in 1984 for financial services, with practice labels that include bet-the-company litigation, private equity, IP, capital markets, M&A and labor and employment. The 6 March 2026 American Lawyer article names Charlotte as one of several 2026 innovation hubs, alongside Boston, Denver, Nashville, Phoenix and San Francisco. That is a growth-seat statement, not a compensation scale.
- 2026 public hiring is partner-weighted. Firm press on 5 May 2026 added three IP partners in Charlotte. Firm press on 22 June 2026 added New York corporate and securities capacity, including a capital-markets chair for Asia Pacific, after six months that also added real estate finance, consumer financial services and M&A / private equity of counsel. Firm news on 27 August 2026 added a Wilmington restructuring partner. Those are seats. They are not a first-year class.
- Flex desks are a second employer of the brand. WBD Advance sells GCSolutions as experienced attorneys on routine projects at lower hourly rates or fixed fees. WBD InHouse, in place since 2018, runs a UK panel from paralegals and legal project managers to experienced GCs, at competitive day rates, with PQE from three years to 15+, and describes WBD Advance as 100+ lawyers, paralegals and project managers. The 8 March 2022 reprint quotes then-U.S. leadership that GCSolutions grew 28 percent in revenue in 2021.
The general counsel who matches this firm is typically at a bank, a public company, a manufacturer, an energy developer, or a UK public body.
- Banks and consumer-finance companies. Chambers USA 2026, in the firm’s 4 June 2026 announcement, recognized 109 attorneys and 46 department rankings including 12 Band 1 practices. Nationwide department labels include Financial Services Regulation: Consumer Finance (Compliance). Chambers’ own nationwide card describes 50-state licensing and compliance for auto finance, education finance, fintech lending, manufactured-housing finance and mortgage, plus CFPB readiness. The in-house buyer is a bank, finance company or online lender.
- Public-company general counsel. The Public Company Advisors Team page states members advise public companies on a legal landscape that includes government regulators, with related work in commercial, corporate tax, asset-based lending and M&A. The 22 May 2026 firm alert on the 19 May 2026 SEC registered-offering proposals is written for that desk. The buyer is the issuer GC / corporate secretary.
- Manufacturer and insurer legal departments. The products-litigation page states more than 200 litigators, as regional, local and national coordinating counsel in large-scale mass tort, across automotive, aviation, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, electronics, construction, propane and natural gas, food, chemicals, agriculture and tobacco. The U.S. homepage news rail dated 9 September 2026 lists a 29-person consumer-warranty litigation group. A 29-person group is a team lift, not a first-year class.
- UK public bodies and energy developers. On 13 August 2026 the UK LLP was appointed to the Government Commercial Agency Legal Panel for Public Sector on all seven lots it bid, replacing RM6240. Find a Tender’s 19 February 2026 notice put estimated total value at £500 million excluding VAT. Ofgem, on 26 June 2026, published a Window 1 minded-to list of 16 long-duration storage projects. Those buyers pay through frameworks and project mandates. They do not pay combined PEP.
In the same New York interview cohort, 58 of 96 associates sitting at Am Law 100–200 platforms over an 18-month window told Sartori they had never been shown a published class-year grid at their then-current firm. That is the earn-side opacity. It is why a general counsel matching “Womble” without naming the LLP, the city and the desk is not matching a number. They are matching a brand.
A general counsel matching PEP against this year’s New York LCA is not matching the firm. They are mixing desks.
2026 hiring followed combination desks, not a Carolina lockstep.
The structural event is the 1 January 2025 Lewis Roca close. The 2026 laterals sat in IP, corporate and securities, consumer finance and Delaware restructuring. Associate demand follows those files.
Combination map2026 laterals
- The platform opens Mountain West and innovation-hub seats from Lewis Roca. Compensation bands are harmonized. No public 2026 U.S. class-year grid follows.
- The desks fill Charlotte IP, New York corporate and securities, Phoenix corporate, Wilmington restructuring, a national consumer-finance group. Partner and counsel first.
- The GC still has to match juniors Associate cash stays unpublished on the U.S. side. The company offer has to use LCA, NQ or trainee prints, or admit the blank.
Consumer finance did not retire when the CFPB cut federal exam volume. The bureau’s Supervision and Enforcement Priorities page, last modified 28 May 2026 and carrying the April 2025 memorandum, instructs Supervision to decrease the overall number of events by 50 percent and to shift focus toward depository institutions versus nonbanks. The firm’s own response landed on 16 January 2026: a 36-person national consumer-financial-services group, including 19 attorneys and a dedicated licensing team, serving banks, non-bank financial institutions, fintechs and their service providers on 50-state licensing, supervisory and enforcement work. Twelve of the attorneys sat in Albany and Cleveland, where the firm established offices (then 31 U.S. / 39 global); the remaining seven in Houston, Irvine and Washington, D.C. A general counsel at a licensed nonbank still needs that compliance counsel. Federal exam-defense volume for nonbank fintechs is structurally lower in 2026. State licensing is not.
Restructuring is a cycle with a filing count. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, on 4 February 2026, reported that in the 12 months ending 31 December 2025 total bankruptcy filings were 574,314 (up 11 percent from 517,308), business filings 24,737 (up 7.1 percent), and Chapter 11 filings 9,201 (from 8,884 in 2024 and 7,456 in 2023). Epiq AACER / ABI, on 8 April 2026, put Q1 2026 commercial Chapter 11 filings at 2,422, up 37 percent from 1,764 in Q1 2025. The firm hired a Wilmington finance, bankruptcy and restructuring partner on 27 August 2026. That is a Delaware bar seat. It is not a Mid-Atlantic PEP cell.
Public-company workflow moved on two SEC clocks. A 22 May 2026 firm alert covers proposals issued 19 May 2026, with comments due on or before 20 July 2026, that would eliminate the $75 million public-float and one-year seasoning tests for Form S-3 and raise the large-accelerated-filer public-float threshold to more than $2 billion. An 18 November 2025 firm alert covers the Division of Corporation Finance statement of 17 November 2025: for the 2025–2026 proxy season (1 October 2025 – 30 September 2026) the Division will not respond to most Rule 14a-8 no-action requests. Issuer GCs still need that judgment in-house. The 22 June 2026 New York corporate laterals sit on the same desk.
UK demand is a public-sector and energy cycle. RM6374 started 30 July 2026 and runs to 29 July 2029, with a possible extension to 30 July 2031. DESNZ, on 10 October 2024, announced a cap-and-floor scheme for long-duration electricity storage; Great Britain then had 2.8 GW of LDES across four pumped-storage schemes. Ofgem’s 26 June 2026 Window 1 minded-to list named 16 projects. The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 Phase 1 commenced 1 May 2026 in England. Those clocks hire UK solicitors, managing associates and legal directors. They do not reprint a U.S. associate scale.
The files that stall are company-side, and they stall on the instrument.
Sartori has worked the New York associate market for more than 10 years. The closed-search book on this line is 33 files over three years. The ones that ran long were not the law-firm laterals.
Of those 33 closed New York associate searches over three years, 16 were company-side seats — in-house Attorney through Associate General Counsel — at banks, manufacturers, public companies and energy platforms matching a Womble-tier Am Law 100 / Second Hundred print; 10 were firm-side associate laterals into New York, District of Columbia or Texas seats; and 7 were counsel-adjacent or flex-panel files on the same associate line. Seven of the 16 company-side files required a rewritten first offer after the candidate produced a desk the compensation committee had not budgeted: a combined PEP cell, a Charlotte scale this firm does not print, or the 2026 U.S. market first-year treated as this firm’s floor. Five of the 33 ran past the 12-week end of our typical timeline; all five were company-side seats whose boards had locked the wrong instrument and would not reopen it. That is the finding that does not flatter the method: we can assemble the shortlist inside the window. We cannot make a compensation committee name the desk twice.
New York associate counter-offer incidence on this line is 37 percent. Sartori’s New York associate mandate telemetry records a median of 11 working days from offer to acceptance. Typical time-to-fill is 6 to 12 weeks. Completion on the book is 93 percent. A head of HR who needs a week of internal alignment after the offer letter goes out is negotiating against a clock the candidate does not pause.
Across 79 of 142 New York general counsel, chief legal officers and heads of legal in that cohort, over a 24-month window, the first matching question was which of this firm’s desks they were buying — U.S. associate, London NQ, or city trainee — not what combined PEP printed. A general counsel at a U.S. consumer-finance company told us they could match a London NQ cell and could not match a PEP cell. A head of legal at a manufacturer with a national products docket told us the board had asked for “the Charlotte scale” and had to be walked to the LCA table and the UK trainee ladder. Both are company-side failures of arithmetic, not of sourcing.
Quarterly surveys have run since 2019; the global mapping sits behind them at nearly 1.5 million lawyer profiles. In the 2026 third-quarter wave, 44 of 71 New York in-house respondents who had tried to price an Am Law Second Hundred associate seat said they had started from a PEP cell and had to rebuild the band. The New York file records employer, seniority and practice. It cannot see which published scale a given associate is actually paid on, because that number lives inside a member-firm memo and a payroll file. Use the last dated announcement to price the offer. Use the mapping to find the people.
One composite from the New York associate book. A U.S. public-company legal department opened a senior-counsel seat for a corporate associate coming off this firm’s New York office. The first band was built from combined 2025 PEP as if it were a lockstep. The candidate produced the 22 June 2026 $240,000 LCA as the only dated cash print they could show; the U.S. careers page still had no class-year table. The compensation committee took two weeks to drop PEP as the instrument. The search later closed, on a rewritten cash line, inside the 6-to-12-week window. The delay was not the market. It was the desk.
A second composite. A UK-headquartered energy developer opened an in-house commercial seat against this firm’s London NQ. The first offer tracked an internal grade built on the 2023 regional pounds. The candidate produced Legal Cheek’s 29 September 2025 £83,000 London cell. The legal director who closed it treated the 2023 city table as historical, copied the dated London print, and used a WBD InHouse secondment for overflow rather than stretching the payroll line. That is the only arithmetic that has worked on the UK side of this book.
The service view of the company-side book sits on our in-house and general counsel recruiting page, and the firm-side associate book on associate and attorney recruiting. How to read a PEP cell, when that is the question, is what partners really make at Am Law top 50 firms. The matching-firm eight-rung ladder, when that is the question, is the 2026 BigLaw associate salary scale.
Womble Bond Dickinson pay: questions from both sides of the offer
What is the Womble Bond Dickinson salary in 2026?
There is no single 2026 number. Combined 2025 PEP was $757,000 in The American Lawyer on 6 March 2026; that is not associate pay. A New York corporate and securities attorney was attested at $240,000 on a 22 June 2026 Labor Condition Application. Legal Cheek’s 29 September 2025 table lists a London newly qualified base of £83,000. A 2026 U.S. class-year lockstep and a 2026 U.S. bonus grid are not public and are omitted here.
Does the firm pay the $235,000 BigLaw associate scale?
Not in public. Above the Law’s 5 June 2026 scorecard, with tables updated through at least 31 August 2026, does not list Womble Bond Dickinson among firms matching Milbank’s 2 June 2026 first-year of $235,000. The U.S. careers page publishes no class-year table. Do not treat the market scale as this firm’s 2026 floor.
What does Womble Bond Dickinson PEP actually measure?
The $757,000 2025 cell is ALM profits per equity partner on the combined U.S. and U.K. platform after the 1 January 2025 Lewis Roca combination. Legal Cheek’s 7 October 2025 UK table lists PEP at £400,000 for a different equity population. A 2021 reprint put then-PEP at $810,000 on a smaller, pre-combination platform. None of those cells is a paycheck a general counsel matches on an associate hire.
What does a London newly qualified solicitor at the firm earn?
Legal Cheek’s 29 September 2025 table lists a London NQ base of £83,000. That is not a 2026 regional UK grid: the 2025 table prints one London cell. The employer’s 2026 graduate microsite publishes trainee bases by city — London first year £45,000, Bristol £40,000, other named UK offices £33,000 — a different instrument from NQ cash.
How should a general counsel match this firm on an in-house offer?
Name the desk first: a U.S. associate on an unpublished class-year, a London NQ at £83,000, or a city trainee print. Of 33 closed New York associate searches over three years, the files that ran long were company-side seats whose boards had locked a PEP cell or a Charlotte scale this firm does not print. Median offer-to-acceptance on that line is 11 working days.
Is there a Charlotte associate scale?
No. The firm’s Charlotte location page, read in 2026, states the office is home to more than 50 attorneys and prints no salary, bonus or class-year grid. Charlotte is a financial-services office inside a 40-office platform, not the employer and not the pay table.
ALM extracts, DOL filings, Legal Cheek tables, and the pages that still will not print a number.
Combined PEP and revenue come from The American Lawyer on 6 March 2026. London NQ comes from Legal Cheek on 29 September 2025. U.S. associate cash comes from DOL Labor Condition Applications. U.S. class-year dollars are the market scale this firm is absent from.

Sartori figures are the New York associate interview cohort, mandate telemetry on 33 closed searches over three years, and the company-side reads drawn from that book. Public compensation tables are The American Lawyer / ALM, Legal Cheek, the employer's graduate microsite, DOL FLAG Labor Condition Applications compiled by Ellis, Companies House accounts, and the firm's own careers, location and combination pages. No 2026 U.S. class-year base, 2026 U.S. bonus grid, dollar clerkship bonus or 2026 UK regional NQ table for this firm is used, because none was published on the pages. The eight-rung matching ladder after 1 July 2026 is documented on the sibling BigLaw scale page; this page cites only that this firm is absent from the matcher table.
Compensation data is general information, not financial, career or legal advice. Actual pay varies by LLP, credential, office, practice, hours eligibility, rating, equity and bonus discretion. Figures effective as dated in the prose. The next dated memo can reset one desk without the query changing its name.
