Join a leading Real Estate practice with a strong national and international reputation, advising investors, developers, corporates, financial institutions and public bodies on complex real estate matters across the full real estate and infrastructure lifecycle.

You will work on a broad range of matters including real estate transactions, project and area development, real estate finance, landlord and tenant issues, asset management and other commercially-focused real estate topics.

What distinguishes the practice is intensive collaboration between lawyers, notaries and tax advisers. Working in multidisciplinary teams on complex transactions and strategic matters where different areas of law converge, you are involved from day one in high-level market work and have direct contact with national and international clients.

Beyond the substantive practice, you will have room to actively contribute to the team's further growth — maintaining client and referral contacts, participating in conferences and seminars, publishing on relevant market developments and helping shape new initiatives.

4–6 years of relevant work experience
Excellent academic results
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
A commercial and pragmatic attitude
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
A strong sense of responsibility; proactive and able to work on several demanding matters under pressure
Experience in a Real Estate practice is a plus, though candidates from other legal backgrounds who can add value from a fresh perspective are welcome
