Antitrust Associate Attorney — Antitrust & Competition

Mid-level associate opportunity in a national antitrust, consumer protection and unfair competition practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and involves litigation and counseling work on antitrust matters for corporate clients.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative team and work on litigation, merger review and enforcement-related matters. The team values strong written and oral advocacy, technical antitrust knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and 3–5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience.
• Experience at a national law firm, the Antitrust Division, or the FTC preferred.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills; ability to draft briefs and client memoranda.
• Judicial clerkship experience, HSR counseling, or Second Request investigation experience a plus.
