Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy antitrust and competition litigation practice in Raleigh. The role focuses on leading litigation matters, managing teams, and developing client relationships in federal and state antitrust enforcement and private litigation.

Ideal candidates will have substantial antitrust litigation experience, courtroom and motion practice capabilities, and a demonstrable track record of originating and maintaining client work. The firm values leaders who can grow a practice and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with substantial antitrust/competition litigation experience (senior-level, typically 10+ years).
Proven trial and motion practice skills in complex civil litigation and antitrust matters.
Demonstrable history of client development and ability to bring a portable practice.
Strong team leadership, business development, and client-management capabilities.
Admission to practice in the relevant state(s) or ability to become admitted.
