Antitrust Senior Associate – Litigation

Role Overview: Join a premier antitrust litigation practice recognized for handling some of the most complex and high-profile matters in the field. The team represents market-leading companies across technology, life sciences, media, financial services, transportation, and consumer products, with a balanced portfolio of plaintiff-side and defense-side litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Assume significant responsibility in civil antitrust litigation and government investigations.
• Support merger-related antitrust agency reviews and other regulatory investigations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of antitrust litigation experience at a law firm or government agency.
• Experience in technology or life sciences sectors preferred but not required.
• Strong academic credentials, along with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Value placed on experience in non-antitrust government investigations and judicial clerkships or internships.

Location: New York or Washington, DC; exceptional candidates in San Francisco may be considered.
