Busy Miami litigation team seeks an Appellate/Trial Support Associate to join a national, full‑service AmLaw 100 firm’s appellate practice. The group handles federal and state appeals coast‑to‑coast and works on a broad range of civil matters.

The role focuses on evaluating trial records, drafting appellate briefs, conducting legal research, framing issues under appellate standards of review, and participating in oral argument as needed. The team regularly handles published and unpublished appeals across areas such as commercial litigation, insurance, products liability, employment, healthcare, and mass torts.

2–15 years of appellate experience (state and/or federal) with strong appellate writing and advocacy skills
Working knowledge of state and federal civil and appellate procedure
Experience evaluating trial records and framing issues under applicable standards of review
Excellent legal research, brief writing, and oral advocacy abilities
Admission to the Florida Bar required
