Responsibilities include managing claimant clinical negligence matters, drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss, instructing experts and counsel, maintaining regular client contact, and supporting matters from inception through settlement or trial. There is scope to contribute to business development and to share knowledge within a growing team.

UK-qualified solicitor with typically 3 06 years' PQE
Experience in claimant clinical negligence / personal injury work
