Associate — Appellate & Constitutional, San Francisco

Top-tier litigation team in San Francisco is seeking an associate to join its Appellate and Constitutional practice. The role focuses on complex appellate matters, drafting appellate briefs and dispositive motions, and advising on appellate strategy across federal and state appeals.

Successful candidates will work closely with senior litigators on high‑stakes appeals and constitutional questions, handling sophisticated legal research and producing high‑quality written advocacy. Prior appellate clerkship experience is strongly preferred.

• Law school class years 2019–2025
• Experience in complex appellate litigation, including drafting appellate briefs and dispositive motions
