Join a national litigation team defending manufacturers and suppliers in consumer warranty and lemon-law matters. The role focuses on representing clients in state and federal courts, handling warranty-related claims under statutes such as the Song-Beverly Act and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Typical responsibilities include drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and serving as local or coordinating counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters. The team offers collaborative casework and opportunities to develop trial experience.

Admitted to practice in California
1–7 years of civil litigation experience, with preference for consumer warranty/lemons or product liability work
Familiarity with Song-Beverly Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, state lemon laws, UCC, and consumer sales practices statutes
Experience drafting pleadings and discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions
Strong writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
