Insolvency & Restructuring Associate — Montreal

Mid-level associate opportunity within a busy insolvency and corporate restructuring practice in Montreal. The role involves advising on restructurings, insolvency proceedings and creditors' rights across commercial matters and complex restructurings.

You will work closely with specialists across the firm on multi-jurisdictional and multi-party matters, manage multiple files simultaneously and support client-facing engagements from planning through implementation.

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in restructuring, bankruptcy or creditors' rights
• Practical experience with insolvency proceedings and restructuring transactions
• Member of the Barreau du Québec or willing to become a member
• Proven teamwork, project management skills and ability to handle competing deadlines
