Join a leading international capital markets team in Frankfurt on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will advise on equity and debt financings, public takeovers and related obligations of listed companies, and work on IPOs, capital increases, private placements, corporate bond issuances (including high‑yield), and convertible/hybrid instruments.

You will be closely involved in client matters from early on, receive structured training in German capital markets law, and be expected to develop practical, transaction‑focused solutions within a collaborative, international team.

The role offers exposure to national and cross‑border work for corporates, banks, PE funds and start‑ups, plus strong professional development and flexible/mobiles working options.

German law degree with very good academic results
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong interest in transactional capital markets work (equity & debt)
Commercial mindset, legal creativity and ability to work in teams on complex mandates
