Associate — Capital Markets, Palo Alto

Top-tier firm seeking a Capital Markets associate to join its Palo Alto corporate team. The role will support public and private securities offerings, debt and hybrid financings, and related disclosure and governance matters for technology and growth-company clients across a range of industries.

The position is based in the Palo Alto office and will work with the global capital markets group on complex, cross-border transactions. The team advises on traditional and emerging capital markets products, including ESG- and sustainability-linked financings.

• At least 2 years of securities/capital markets experience at a law firm
• Experience with public and private offerings, registration statements, and SEC disclosure preferred
• Strong drafting and transactional skills; ability to manage deal timelines and client communications
• Admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (or eligible to obtain admission)
