Associate — Contentious Construction & Engineering, London

Exciting opportunity for an associate to join a busy Contentious Construction & Engineering team in London. The role involves handling construction and engineering disputes across a range of issues including claims for time, money and defects, with exposure to both project-based dispute avoidance work and formal dispute resolution.

The post-holder will work with the London litigation team and collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s national and international network. There is scope to contribute to team growth and to be involved in business development and strategy.

• 4–7 years PQE in construction & engineering commercial litigation.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent client relationship and day-to-day client-handling skills.
• Team-oriented and collegiate, with a willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Interest in business development and contributing to practice growth.
