The role offers significant support from a centralized team of former SEC senior officials and experienced capital markets lawyers, providing unparalleled ability to deliver real-time advice on complex securities and listing issues. Associates gain exposure to IPOs, high-yield bonds, hybrid capital offerings, direct listings, and more, across all industries and jurisdictions.

3rd–6th year associate with meaningful corporate finance experience
Substantial experience in capital markets (equity, high yield, and/or hybrid capital offerings) or debt finance (acquisition financings, syndicated term loans, or direct-lending arrangements)
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Admission to the D.C. Bar (or eligibility to waive in) preferred
