Join a global debt capital markets team advising on structured financings and refinancings for alternative investments, with work spanning asset-backed transactions across real estate, trade receivables and digital infrastructure. The role involves cross-border mandates, regulatory questions related to banking and capital markets, and increasingly restructuring and remediation work for stressed financings.

The team works closely with corporate, regulatory and M&A groups on complex transactions and offers exposure to international clients, sector-focused practices and multi-jurisdictional matters. You will be supported by structured professional development, inclusive networks and wellbeing initiatives within a collaborative, international environment.

German state law exams (two Staatsexamen) completed
Strong written and spoken English
Good commercial judgement and communication skills
Team-player attitude, structured problem-solving and enjoyment of transactional work
Interest in restructuring work and/or technology-related regulatory topics (e.g. DORA / digital finance) is a plus
