Join a leading international law firm aligned team in Amsterdam advising on high-profile energy transition projects. The role focuses on renewable energy and infrastructure matters, working across project development, commercial contracts, regulatory issues and project finance.

The associate will own workstreams, draft and negotiate key commercial agreements (PPAs, EPCs, offtake/supply, tolling and related documentation), support permitting and licensing advice, and contribute to energy-related M&A and project financing matters. The role offers frequent collaboration with cross-border and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Approximately 4 8 years' PQE in energy, infrastructure or related sectors.
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for renewable energy projects (wind, solar, storage, hydrogen preferred).
  • Familiarity with regulatory/licensing frameworks affecting energy projects and the ability to produce clear legal analyses.
  • Strong drafting, commercial awareness, and ability to work in international, multidisciplinary teams; prior experience at a major law firm preferred.
