Associate – Finance (International Credit & Lending), Frankfurt

International finance team in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced associate to work on complex national and cross-border credit financings. You will advise on acquisition and corporate financings, bilateral and syndicated loans, security packages, real estate and project/infrastructure financings.

The role offers exposure to high-profile, cross-border mandates, structured development and clear progression within a large international practice. The team values commercial judgement, technical precision and collaborative work on global transactions.

• Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent legal qualification
• Proven experience on international credit financings, syndications and security structures
• Excellent academic record and strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluent English (business/transactional); international experience desirable
• Commercial mindset, teamwork and client-facing ability
