Top-tier U.S. law firm is accepting lateral associate applications for all practice areas and class years across its U.S. offices. Candidates will be considered opportunistically for full‑time associate roles in New York, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Palo Alto and other U.S. locations.

Representative associate base salary scale (by class year): 1L/2025: $235,000; 2L/2024: $245,000; 3L/2023: $270,000; 4L/2022: $320,000; 5L/2021: $385,000; 6L/2020: $410,000; 7L/2019: $440,000; 8L/2018+: $455,000.

Must be admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission in a timely manner.
Strong academic record, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively on complex matters.
Demonstrated interest and experience in the stated practice area(s); prior firm experience preferred.
