A well-established international law firm’s Miami office is seeking an Associate to join its insurance coverage practice. The team handles complex coverage litigation and market-conduct (bad-faith) matters for US and international insurers across a range of lines, including commercial general liability, commercial property, E&O and D&O.

The role involves drafting coverage opinions, conducting legal research, preparing discovery and litigation documents, and participating in depositions, hearings and mediations. The group offers structured mentorship, regional and global training, and opportunities to work on significant, cross-jurisdictional coverage disputes.

Admitted to practice in Florida
Minimum 2 years of litigation experience (insurance coverage experience preferred)
Strong academic credentials (e.g., Law Review or honors)
Excellent legal research and writing skills; facility with Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
Comfort with discovery, drafting pleadings and participating in depositions/hearings
