We are seeking an Associate to join a busy insurance coverage team in the Miami office. The group represents domestic and international insurers in complex coverage and market-conduct litigation across the United States, handling commercial general liability, commercial property, E&O and D&O matters.

The role involves analyzing policies and drafting coverage opinions, conducting legal research, preparing pleadings and discovery, reviewing documents for litigation, and attending depositions, hearings and mediations as needed.

Admitted to practice in Florida
2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with insurance coverage exposure
Strong legal research and writing skills; experience with Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
Excellent academic credentials (Law Review and/or honors preferred)
