Associate, Intellectual Property Litigation

Seeking an experienced IP litigation associate to join a major U.S. litigation practice. The role involves handling complex disputes involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks and related technology-licensing matters across federal trial, appellate and administrative forums.

Candidates will work on both active litigation and counseling matters, including infringement defenses, enforcement, licensing interpretation, trade secret protection, and strategy for monetization and portfolio management. The group regularly handles bench and jury trials, arbitrations, and appeals.

• Minimum 2 years of IP litigation experience at a comparable law firm
• Experience with patent, trade secret and/or trademark disputes; familiarity with technology-related licensing matters
• Demonstrated trial, appellate, or extensive motion practice experience preferred
• Strong academic background and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
