Top-tier US practice is seeking experienced associates to join a national Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions group. The role supports IP- and technology-intensive corporate work across M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, licenses, collaborations and commercial technology agreements.

Teams are based in multiple U.S. offices with particular openings in New York and Palo Alto. The group advises large, global companies on structuring, drafting and negotiating IP/technology elements of complex corporate transactions and commercial arrangements, including matters touching on AI, digital infrastructure and compute-related commercial partnerships.

Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in IP and technology transactions at a comparable law firm.
Substantive experience with IP/technology aspects of M&A (particularly divestitures) and with significant commercial technology agreements.
Experience advising large corporate clients (not primarily early‑stage companies).
Science/technical background and commercial AI or digital infrastructure experience are a plus.
