IP Litigation Associate (Denver)

We are seeking intellectual property litigation attorneys to join a growing IP litigation team. The group handles complex patent disputes and related contentious matters for technology-driven clients.

The role offers substantial responsibility in a collaborative litigation practice, with the chance to work on high-stakes patent and technical disputes and to build a strong foundation in IP litigation.

This is a Denver-based opportunity at a highly regarded law firm with a top-tier IP litigation practice.

• Law school class years 2019–2022, with top academic credentials.
• IP and/or patent litigation experience.
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or a similar technical field strongly preferred.
• Federal Circuit (CAFC) clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with PTAB disputes a plus.
