Growing IP litigation team seeks associates to join the Denver office. The role focuses on patent litigation matters, including district-court work and PTAB proceedings, for a busy commercial practice.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials and prior patent litigation experience. The team values candidates with technical backgrounds who can work on complex infringement and validity issues across technologies.

  • Law school class years 2019 022
  • Top law school credentials
  • Prior IP / patent litigation experience
  • Undergraduate degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, biomedical engineering, computer science, or similar preferred
  • CAFC clerkship experience preferred; PTAB experience a plus
