Associate — Lateral Judicial Clerk (Multiple offices)

Major national law firm is recruiting lateral associates who are current judicial clerks and who previously practiced as licensed attorneys at law firms. Candidates may be placed into specific practice groups and offices based on their experience and interests; both federal and state clerkships (including appellate and trial-court experience) are of interest.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis; the firm will contact candidates when a practice-group need aligns with their background. Applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample. The firm provides development-year credit for clerkship service and offers a competitive judicial-clerk bonus.

• Graduated law school and currently serving as a judicial clerk (federal or state)
• Prior experience practicing as a licensed attorney at a law firm before beginning the clerkship
