A leading law firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate to join its entrepreneurial, collaborative and dynamic life sciences transactional group in San Francisco.

The role focuses on representing public and private life sciences companies and dedicated healthcare investment funds across a broad range of corporate transactions. This includes deep involvement in public capital markets offerings, private offerings, ongoing public-company reporting, and public and private company M&A, including structured deals.

Mid-level or senior associate (law school class years 2018 to 2022).
Experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions for a life sciences company or investment fund.
Deep experience with public capital markets offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings and ATM facilities.
Experience with private offerings, including PIPEs, venture capital financings and 1934 Act reporting (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
Experience with public and private company M&A, including structured deals such as earnout-based transactions, product acquisitions and spin-outs.
California bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
