Major U.S. law firm is accepting applications from current judicial clerks for entry as associates across multiple U.S. offices. Opportunities are available in Litigation as well as in the firm's corporate/general practice, estates & personal, and tax groups.

Clerkship applications are reviewed on a rolling basis for openings in several U.S. offices (including New York, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Palo Alto). Base salary for incoming associates is set according to assigned associate class year; a firm salary scale is provided to applicants.

Current federal or state judicial clerk (judicial clerkship experience)
Strong legal research and writing skills demonstrated through clerkship and law school record
Ability to work collaboratively on high‑stakes matters across litigation, corporate and tax practices
Bar admission or eligibility to become admitted in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
