We are seeking qualified lawyers to strengthen our M&A practice group in Munich. The Munich M&A team is part of one of Germany's leading transaction practices, advising domestic and international companies and financial investors on complex M&A transactions.

From the outset you will work closely within the team on demanding national and cross-border mandates, with a strong emphasis on personal collaboration, direct exchange, and an open atmosphere.

You will focus on national and international M&A transactions, private M&A and private equity, complex carve-out transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, and general corporate law and corporate governance.

At least fully satisfactory examination results
Ideally relevant experience in M&A
Business-fluent English, preferably gained through time abroad
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
Strategic thinking, solution-oriented approach, and drive to contribute your own ideas, with commitment, teamwork, and openness to new technologies and working methods
