Associate 1 M&A (Munich)

Leading German full-service firm is seeking an associate to join its Munich M&A team. You will advise on domestic and cross-border M&A matters for corporate and financial-investor clients, working on complex carve-outs, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

• German legal qualification (vollbefriedigende Examina or equivalent)
• Relevant M&A experience preferred (private M&A, private equity, carve-outs)
• Fluent English, ideally proven through international experience
• Additional qualifications such as LL.M. or a doctorate are a plus; strong teamwork, commercial judgement and interest in technology-enabled working
