Associate — M&A / Corporate, Palo Alto

Growing M&A and general corporate team in Palo Alto is seeking associates from law school class years 2018–2021 to work on corporate and emerging company matters. The role offers significant exposure to deal work and client-facing responsibility within a technology-focused practice.

You will advise on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and other corporate transactions, and handle general corporate matters for growth-stage and technology clients. The position suits entrepreneurial, business-development-oriented associates who can manage a high level of responsibility and work with autonomy.

• Law school class years 2018–2021
• Experience on M&A transactions and solid corporate law background
• Experience or interest in the technology sector and emerging companies
• Strong client-facing skills, self-starter with business development orientation
