We are seeking a German-qualified associate to join a Düsseldorf-based M&A team within a major international law firm. The role offers exposure to transactional work and client-facing responsibilities in a collaborative team environment.

Candidates should have a strong academic background and demonstrate a willingness to take responsibility and work closely with colleagues and clients. Applications from candidates with existing M&A experience are welcome.
