The role sits within a high‑activity M&A team that handles both U.S. and cross‑border deals.

The team works in a partner‑led, cross‑functional model drawing on global resources to support sophisticated, high‑stakes transactions. This position is best suited to candidates with solid transactional experience and a demonstrated interest in technology deals.

Minimum 2 years post-qualification transactional experience (M&A focus) at a law firm with a significant M&A practice
Strong drafting and deal execution skills on purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, ancillary documents, and due diligence
Experience with U.S. and cross-border M&A transactions and with technology-sector clients preferred
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and active bar admission or bar eligibility in the U.S.
