Top-tier New York law firm seek an experienced associate to join a Project Development & Finance team. The role focuses on project finance, development agreements, and project-related joint ventures and commercial contracts for large-scale energy, renewables, infrastructure and natural-resources projects.

The group works on complex, high-value transactions across energy, sustainable/green projects and infrastructure. This is a firm-side opportunity for candidates with prior law-firm experience on project financings and related commercial work.

Minimum 2 years' law firm experience in project finance, project development or related commercial/JV work
Demonstrated experience on project financings, development agreements or project-related joint ventures
