Associate, Property Development & Investment — Belfast

Join a high-performing national real estate team to work on complex, high-value development and investment transactions. This role offers regular exposure to large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects, working with developers, investors and lenders across a cross-office network.

The team delivers a broad transactional workload including acquisitions, disposals, funding arrangements and asset-management advice. You will contribute to significant mandates while developing a well-rounded transactional skillset within a collaborative, supportive environment.

• Qualified in England & Wales and/or Northern Ireland
• 4–8 years' post-qualification experience with strong real estate transactional background
• Experience on development (commercial and mixed-use) and investment matters, including acquisitions, disposals and funding
• Commercial, client-focused approach and ability to work across a national team
