Growing Real Estate practice in Detroit seeks a transactional associate to join a team-oriented group handling a range of commercial real estate matters. The role focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and commercial leasing work for institutional and private clients.

The hire will work closely with partners and other associates on transactional matters, drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and supporting closings. This is an opportunity to take on substantive deal responsibility within a collaborative regional practice.

Approximately 5 years' transactional real estate experience (PQE: 5 years)
Practical experience with acquisitions, dispositions, real estate financing and commercial leasing
Strong drafting, negotiation and due-diligence skills
Team-oriented collaborator able to manage deal workflow and support closings
