Join a national Real Estate & Development team in Brisbane advising on large-scale commercial development, urban renewal, infrastructure and mixed‑use projects. You will work across jurisdictions with senior lawyers and gain exposure to acquisitions and disposals, leasing, sale and leaseback, joint ventures and real‑estate aspects of corporate transactions.

The role offers a supportive development framework, access to international secondments through an alliance with a global firm, and flexible / hybrid working arrangements. The team works with clients across government, healthcare, infrastructure, media and financial sectors.

Experience in a law firm's real estate practice (or a mix of private practice and in‑house experience).
Practical experience in acquisition, development and sale of real estate assets, and transactional matters such as leasing and joint ventures.
Ability to manage matters autonomously and collaboratively across teams and offices.
Willingness to contribute to business development activities (pitching, writing, events) and mentor junior lawyers.
