The role involves advising public companies on a wide range of governance matters, including governance standards and considerations arising in initial public offerings. The successful candidate will also counsel clients on securities regulation issues, such as Exchange Act disclosure requirements.

• Law school class years 2020–2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters, including IPO-related governance issues
• Experience with securities regulation, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements
