Banking & Finance Associate / Senior Associate

Join a leading Banking & Finance practice and work on some of the most complex and interesting transactions in the market. You'll advise a diverse client base spanning government, healthcare, infrastructure, media, and banking, with exposure to a wide variety of work across multiple partners and offices.

In this role, you will advise clients on financing arrangements relating to:

• Project structuring and documentation
• Acquisition and leveraged finance
• Property finance
• General corporate financing

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm (private practice or a combination of private practice and in-house experience considered)
• Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, securitisation, debt, property, or corporate finance transactions
• A desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
