Associate / Senior Associate, Banking & Finance — Melbourne

Join a leading Banking & Finance team in Melbourne advising on a broad range of financing matters for clients across government, infrastructure, healthcare, media and financial services. You'll work on complex transactions including project, acquisition, leverage, securitisation, property and general corporate financings.

• Experience in a Banking & Finance team at a large law firm, or a mix of private practice and in‑house finance experience
• Exposure to project finance, leveraged/acquisition finance, securitisation, debt facilities, property finance or corporate lending
• Strong drafting and commercial skills; ability to work across teams and mentor junior lawyers
• A desire to grow technically and contribute to team development
