Join a major Banking & Finance team in Melbourne advising on a broad range of financing transactions. You will work across project, acquisition, leveraged, securitisation, property and general corporate financings alongside senior lawyers and specialist teams.

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible and hybrid working options. The team advises clients across government, infrastructure, healthcare, banking and other sectors and offers international secondment opportunities through an alliance with a global firm.

Experience in Banking & Finance within a large law firm (or a mix of private practice and in-house experience)
Exposure to project finance, leveraged/acquisition financing, securitisation, debt facilities, property finance or corporate lending transactions
Strong commercial judgment, a desire to learn and to mentor more junior lawyers, and the ability to work collaboratively across offices
