Join an established employment, industrial relations and safety team advising employers across complex advisory and litigation matters. You will work on disputes in tribunals and courts, large compliance and underpayment reviews, enterprise bargaining and workplace investigations, and the employment aspects of corporate restructures and transactions.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement (typically ~60% in-office / 40% remote). The team offers structured support for development, stretch assignments and access to training, plus opportunities for international secondments and cross-practice collaboration.

Experience in employment, industrial relations and safety practice — ideally from a large law firm or a mix of private practice and in-house work
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage matters and supervise junior lawyers
Experience managing disputes and litigation in tribunals or courts, and conducting workplace investigations
Interest in business development and growing a practice, with strong client-focused communication skills
Ability to advise on enterprise bargaining, restructuring-related employment issues and safety compliance/incident response
