Join a busy Brisbane-based Real Estate & Development team advising on a wide range of commercial property matters. You will work on complex development, acquisition, disposal and leasing instructions across sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, industrial, retail, residential and renewable energy.

The role offers exposure to significant commercial development and urban renewal projects (including build-to-rent, mixed-use precincts, sale and leasebacks, joint ventures and financing arrangements) and to real estate aspects of broader corporate transactions.

Experience in a real estate practice in private practice or in-house, with exposure to acquisitions, disposals, development and leasing.
Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and collaborate across teams and jurisdictions.
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills on complex property transactions.
Willingness to support business development activities, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth.
