We are looking for a passionate tax lawyer to strengthen our tax team in Düsseldorf. You will advise mid-sized companies on complex national and international tax matters, with a focus on restructuring, conversions, and M&A transactions. The role offers direct access to sophisticated client work and the opportunity to specialize according to your interests after onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

Tax structuring advice for mid-sized companies, both nationally and internationally
Tax-driven restructuring, conversion, and M&A transactions
Advisory work at the intersection of tax and civil law
Advising public-law and non-profit organizations
Occasional support in tax audits, appeals, and tax court proceedings

You are enthusiastic about tax structuring advice and enjoy developing creative solutions for complex legal relationships. You are motivated to look beyond the boundaries of tax law when questions touch on other legal areas. We expect a strong academic background, relevant professional experience in tax law, and a keen interest in transactional work.
