Associate — Tax Litigation — Montreal

We are seeking a bilingual associate with 2–6 years of post-qualification experience to join a national tax disputes team based in Montreal. You will work on complex tax controversy files spanning audits, objections and appeals before courts and tribunals, collaborating with a cross‑Canada group of tax litigators.

The role offers exposure to high‑stakes federal and provincial income tax matters, hybrid working arrangements, and opportunities to develop a litigation-focused tax practice within an integrated national team.

• 2–6 years' substantive experience in tax, including tax disputes and litigation
• Strong understanding of income tax principles
• Excellent undergraduate academic record; graduate degree in taxation an asset
• Excellent drafting, communication and file-management skills; ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams
• Interest in further specialising in tax litigation and appeals
