Associate — Tax, New York

Top-tier US law firm is seeking lateral associates to join its New York Tax group. The role offers hands-on tax work across complex corporate transactions and close collaboration with M&A, capital markets and financial services teams.

The group works internationally with colleagues in other offices to provide integrated, practical tax advice and post-closing support on sophisticated matters. This opportunity is aimed at experienced lawyers; current law students are not eligible.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a tax practice at a comparable law firm
• Demonstrated experience advising on corporate tax matters and structuring for transactions
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting/communicative skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across practices and with international teams
